We had a very nice stay at this house. Nicely furnished and well stocked with essentials. Conveniently located and walkable to town for lunch, dinner and wine tasting rooms. We also enjoyed the fire pit on the back patio in the evenings. We would stay here again.

Perfectly outfitted home, super clean and comfy. Walking distance to town, shopping, restaurants and tasting rooms and easy driving distance to many nice wineries. We would stay again.

Charming, comfortable and safe accommodations. The living room, as well as the front porch, provided the ideal space to gather and enjoy the morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The house was perfect for wine tasting in Willamette Valley! Rich was easy to work with when we needed to modify our reservation. We had a wonderful time, definitely would stay again.

The house itself is lovely. It worked perfectly for us. It’s a short walk into town. And the bagels were just the best! The only downside is the location is right on the main drag and I wish I’d known that beforehand however, we slept in the back room and there wasn’t really any traffic at night.

The property is exceptionally well appointed and a short walk into town and adjacent to the Joe Dancer hiking trail. The beds were very comfortable. We were there at a time with cooler nights so the rooms upstairs were comfortable (extra fans were available but not necessary). The house faces a main road and has many trees and a fence to absorb the traffic noise somewhat.

A lovely stay in a charming old farmhouse redecorated with beautiful taste! The place was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped and the host responded promptly and was very responsive to questions.

Their home is very accommodating. Has a beautiful back patio and front porch. Location is perfect! The house is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. This was our second stay and definitely would return!

What a great house and McMinnville is an awesome small town with great restaurants.The close proximity to vineyards and the evergreen air and space museum made for a great time

Bob and Nancy Emrick have been in the McMinnville Community since early 1980's. They are huge contributors to their community. Bob serves on several boards in the Yamhill Co. Area. He currently owns a fine dining restaurant, The Barberry, which includes a wine village, and roof top bar, 1882 Grille both located on the corner of 3rd and Galloway in beautiful downtown McMinnville. Nancy is a Julliard trained Opera Singer. She has traveled the world in her profession and currently has a group, Blond Diva's that specialize in 40-50's music. They have currently been performing in the Palm Springs and Las Vegas area.
They have one daughter, Ginger that lives in Oregon along with their first grandson, George!!
