The house has an open floor plan conveniently located only 1.5 blocks and literally a three minute walk (we timed it!) to the heart of historic downtown McMinnville and a 10 minute walk to Linfield University. Stephanie was an excellent host and very accommodating for my friends and I for my wedding weekend. The farmhouse is beautiful and close to downtown McMinville. Highly recommend!

Delightful

Communication was outstanding with owner! What a well kept home to stay in. Loved how clean the entire place was. Home was so close to the downtown area, extremely easy to walk around the town from the VRBO.Would 100% stay here again. Superb.

Great place to stay

This place is awesome and so is Stephanie the owner. It is 2 blocks from 3rd St which is the heart and soul of the McMinnville wine experience! I have stayed here twice and will return!!

The perfect spot!

Davis Street farmhouse is sparkling clean, charmingly decorated, and an easy walk into the main part of town. The house has everything you need, yet feels open and uncluttered. Beds are comfy. Communicating with Stephanie is excellent. Every question was answered immediately. Thanks, Stephanie, for being such a wonderful host.

Farmhouse in McMinnville

This was an excellent place to stay for our visit to the Willamette Valley. It had everything that we needed and was conveniently located. It was very cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean simple rental easy walk

This farmhouse was super cozy, clean and comfortable for two adults and one pup. Highlights were the kitchen and bathrooms and the location just a short walk to 3rd St. Would recommend highly.

Absolutely Charming!

We loved this place! It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the esthetic of the Davis Street Farmhouse! I’d love to come back, this house had character and charm! Check in and out were both very easy. Highly recommend!!!
