Cozy 2nd floor unit with spectacular Bay views. Sit on the deck & enjoy the peace and tranquility, or spend the day on the beach, shopping, miniature golfing, etc. within walking distance. Great location only 1 block to the beach, access to OC bus transportation. Short walk to Seacrets, Mackey's, Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Johnny's Pizza, Dumser's, and Nicks Mini Golf. Unit is equipped with washer & dryer, Dish TV, Queen size bed, pull out sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well equipped plus coffee pot & microwave. Come enjoy and relax!

Condo was very clean and well stocked with all you would need. The balcony is very cozy with a tall table and chairs to enjoy a spectacular sunset with greenery and peaceful surroundings. Walking distance to very nice restaurants. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

We were in town for Oceans Calling and this condo was perfect! The bus stop was basically at the front of the property.The condo was super clean and had amazing bay views. Our host was super friendly, a great communicator, and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. We highly recommend.

Great place and great location!

This was our second time staying and we would go back again. The place is always clean and well cared for, its located in a nice complex with parking a breeze. Easy access to the beach and close to stores/restaurants. Fagers island is always a good choice!

Fantastic Stay!

The property was clean and accurately listed. The location was great too - near many restaurants and activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay. The check-in process was easy, and the location was also easy to find.

Julia’s condo is a wonderful stay! It was a first vacation for my boyfriend and I, and we had everything we could’ve needed and more. Julia has paid attention to every little detail for you! The balcony is great with an incredible view during all hours of the day! This stay gets you an easy two block walk to the beach, too! We had a blast and will definitely be coming back! I can see why Julia has such a great reputation as a hostess as it is deserving! I recommend to anyone considering this property! Thanks for everything .

Cute, Convenient Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this well-kept property. Not only is it in a beautiful, convenient location the property had everything we needed and was super clean. It is so convenient having laundry available and we enjoyed cool mornings on the balcony. Julie was such a wonderful host!

Sunset 'Bluegrass' style

Arrived, all great, well appointed, fully ready and beautiful view. The fact that we went to the 'Brewgrass' festival as well, over that weekend and was within walking distance, was fantastic!! Will return!! Our host was very accommodating!

First timers to OC and we stayed in style

This was our first time in Ocean City and we are so glad we stayed at Julia's condo. The place has everything you will need or want. It also has a beautiful view from the porch. We stayed for three days and will stay here again on future trips to OC. Thank you Julia for hosting us!

We had a great stay at Julies place. Very clean and in a great location, close to everything. Beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Julie was very responsive and helpful.

I bought this place mainly because of the Sunsets , but over the years realized location, location, location, is the key to happiness! walking distance to most popular attractions and bus stop out front is convenient to other destinations if you don't want to drive on busy weekends and holidays.
