Great location and nicely furnished for the price. Could use some deeper attention to cleaning but overall really a great stay. Loved the short walk to beach, comfortable couch and beds, and the great bay view from the patio/dining.

An ideal stop on our fly drive vacation as we had spent 10 days in hotels so found the condo very relaxing. It was peaceful, nearby to amenities and had a wonderful outlook.Whilst I appreciate this was in the small print I think (possibly a VRBO matter) it should have been more prominent in the booking process that you needed to bring your own bedding and towels. Travelling from the UK that could have been a problem for us but thankfully Jennifer advised of a company nearby that rents out linen etc. all worked out in the end but perhaps this could be more highlighted in the booking process.Would I stay there again then yes is the answer especially knowing what I do now.

My husband and I had a great vacation away. The condo was very clean. We loved eating out in the deck and watching the sunset. It was an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Checkout is at 10 AM. I asked to extend it a few hours due to schedule changes with my conference class at the Convention center, but the cleaning company was not flexible in their scheduling, unfortunately, which surprised me since it's end of September and there were not a lot of people in OC on this Thursday.

Charming cottage feel to this condo. Clean, well stocked for guests with an absolutely lovely view. Location is great! Close enough to the beach and boardwalk, far enough not to be bothered by the noise and traffic of local events. I make this my annual trek to the beach!

Condo is perfect for our needs. Beautiful bayside/salt marsh views. Quiet and not crowded for our stay in October. Within walking distance of beach access and restaurants.

Perfect OCMD Location

This location is close to Bad Monkey, Fager's Island, and Seacrets. It is overlooking the bay with great sunsets from the porch. The entire place is really cozy and we had a great vacation!
