Kid friendly home with a playground and a great-sized backyard. Master bathroom is equipped with bath tub with jet/ jacuzzi that you can enjoy and relax on.

In the living room you will find an air hockey table that can be changed into a good-sized ping pong table.
Also, you can work out in the home gym. It has rowing exercise, static bike, weights, exercise ball, and treadmill.

Walking outside, you can stroll through walking trails with beautiful scenery of small lake with friendly and family oriented neighborhood.

Beautiful Home!

For it being my 1st time ever using VRBO I could not have picked a more wonderful place to stay! My 4yr great granddaughter really enjoyed the playset set & the 4mo enjoyed the bouncy seat that was provided. All the adults really enjoyed the space, the decor, the huge island to sit at as well as sitting outside on the back porch. Our host was most accommodating and responded promptly when we had a question or request. I would love to stay in the same home again when traveling to Texas again with family!

Amazing property

We stayed three nights at this home. Love all the little touches the owner has for children. My daughter loved the swingset in the backyard. Great communication with owner and great home.

Beautiful home and neighborhood!

Such a beautiful home inside and out! The house was very clean and well equipped! Our 2 yr old and 12 yr old both loved all the house had to offer such as air hockey, playset in the backyard, toddler table with coloring books and crayons! It was so nice the house had a highchair and crib as well! The host was quick to respond and even brought a fan to the house when we were looking for one! The neighborhood is very nice and felt very safe, lots of paths to walk on. Highly recommend this place!

Clean and well-maintained placed in a good and safe neighbourhood

The property has well-sized comfortable bed-rooms and beds. The kitchen is well-stocked with some complimentary snacks and coffee. Games room, home gym and backyard provide playing and exercise areas for the kids and adults. The washrooms are well-maintained. Sale, family-oriented, gated community. Strongly recommend staying at this place.

Perfect house for a family stay

The listing short sells how convenient this home is! Perfect setup for families with the little things needed like kids utensils, high chair, pack n play, etc. The playset in the back was great and the neighborhood is quiet with its own playground less than a ten min walk away. Close to 242 and I45 to get any food/grocery needs met quickly. Host was quick to respond!

Family friendly home

The house was clean and perfect for our needs. Our 4 year old enjoyed the space because it was ideal for a child, with a play are of swings and a slide, a small table with coloring books and crayons. There were plastic plates and cups as well. My father was able to navigate his walker comfortably in the space. The beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy. I would rent here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great House

We had an amazing stay and loved everything about the house. It was so comfortable and was a great place to feel at home when away from home. It was so easy settling in and the host did an amazing job. The kiddos loved the space for them from the mini table to the crayon and coloring book left for entertainment. We visit the area often since we have family close by and will keep this listing when needing to book our next trip. The host was great at responding to messages, would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area and wanting to make sure they are in a great neighborhood close to shops and easy freeway access. The house has everything you would need!

Wonderful house in beautiful area

We had a great stay! House was clean and perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet, secure and green. Host was friendly, helpful and responded quickly. I can recommend this!

Great for Kids

The home fit all our needs! The fenced in playground was great for the Littles in our family! Comfy beds, roomy bathroom, and quiet neighborhood.

Excellent All Around

A large, clean, family-friendly house in a beautiful master planned neighborhood. Excellent location if you're spending any time in The Woodlands. Our toddler loved the jungle gym in the backyard. The open concept living and dining area was great for our sizable group. Our only complaint is that we didn't get to stay longer!

Best experience ever!

The house was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet. We felt comfortable taking the kids out for walks. Host was easy to communicate with. This house is very kid friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Modern home in great community

This home was perfect for our needs. Spacious with a nice back yard too. Loved having the fitness room too, especially because it rained for a couple days. The location was close to everything, groceries, gas, restaurants. Also a great location for walking/ running.

Gem of a rental! Excellent property

Highly recommend this house. Not only was the host Fris friendly.and communicative, but the house was perfect. Beautiful gated neighborhood, impeccably decorated, cozy and comfortable beds. The backyard was amazing with a play structure for kids. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks, used the washer/dryer and provided detergent and loved playing air hockey. This is a great rental for families. We felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. When we are in the area again, we will stay here without a doubt. A++++ thank you for your hospitality Fris!

Perfect!

Location and property are great! Very quiet but near the interstate and shopping for quick travel. Pictures don’t do this property justice! Came in town to visit some family and the whole stay was perfect! Definitely recommend and will keep this place in mind when we come back for visits!
