Very nice home. Clean. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom and a bedroom with bunk beds (no door) downstairs and a full bath. The arcade provided hours of fun. The house is clean, nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We didn’t have time to try out the hot tub. Very nice home.

Plenty of room for everyone!. And plenty to do to keep everyone entertained, right at the house. House was very clean and loved the decor. We were there to ski/snowboard which is just about 15 minutes away. Had dinner at 7 hills which was excellent. Then hopped over to back pocket for games. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed here with 2 other families for baseball tournament in dyersville. We enjoyed the fun basement, plenty of places to sleep, comfy furniture, great outdoor space/hot tub. Parents can watch kids play at park while sitting in the back yard. It looks like the pond and water feature is being built or perhaps not working— that will be a nice added touch for future clients. It would have been great to have firewood and popcorn for the machine or at least a note for clients to bring those items along. We appreciated having a bag of ice in the freezer. It would be helpful to have listed there is already a crock pot, air fryer, and coffee filters to use. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Really cute house, had all of the listed amenities. Centrally located to a lot of things to do and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 kids. Spacious bedrooms and the kids loved the bunk room downstairs. Hot tub was clean the and outdoor patio area was perfect to relax in. Will definitely return to this home if my family is ever in Iowa again.

As others have mentioned, don’t let the lackluster exterior deter you. This is a great little house. The interior is well done, and we had a terrific time in the basement with the pool table and video games. Check-in and communication were easy.

Girls Weekend

Our stay was incredible. The basement area was the perfect space for everyone to hang out together. We had a group of 11 people, and we all slept comfortably. The house is also well stocked with supplies, and we didn’t have to purchase anything for house supplies. I would absolutely stay here again.

We decided to have our family Christmas at this home. To be honest it’s even better in person which most ppl say and it’s true! We have 4,3 and 2 year old grandchildren plus 2 newborns. We all felt like it was the perfect layout for our family. The kids had plenty of room to play, the hot tub was nice and warm the games kept everyone with some type of activity to enjoy. I sincerely thank the owners for providing such a wonderful environment. Jackie

beautiful and kid friendly home

We stayed in this home while traveling to Iowa for a baseball game. With five kids (4-14+, 1-10 and 1-6 yo), five adults, it fit us all well! The kids stayed busy during our rain delays and when there were no games. Being in Iowa we weren't sure how much we'd have to do but the house offered everything we needed. The kids preferred to stay at the house hanging out over going to find something to do which we appreciated. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great property in Dubuque

We had a wonderful time at this home. Owner was super responsive and the property was just as described. Only issue was that the hot tub water was quite dirty and full of debris. We tried to clean it ourselves but it didn’t help much. That would be our only complaint as the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this home. Other than that, I’d highly recommend.

Let’s hear it for the basement !! Sometimes it was hard to remember we were visiting and had to leave to visit the Dubuque sights lol. Very central to places that are probably on your itinerary. Host is super responsive and receptive.

The property was very clean and well stocked. The beds were VERY comfortable with great linens on the bed. The refrigerator had an ice maker with good tasting water and ice. I couldn't get the Keurig to accept my reusable pods but had brought my mini-Keurig along with me. A/C kept the house cool and comfy on a very hot weekend. The teenage grandkids loved the game room downstairs. Was nice to have a door by the parking for bringing our things in. The TV's in each room worked great, but we had trouble connecting to the one in the living room, so didn't use that one. The owner took a little while to respond to my question prior to our stay, but did respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Family Getaway

This home doesn't standout on the outside but wait until you open the door. Great place for a family getaway with room for all (11 of us!) The basement is HUGE with lots of room for the kids or adults. The triple bunk beds are a perfect added bonus for the kids. Hot tub was a hit for all. Conveniently located within 10 minutes of Waterpark and museum.
