With this studio I love to create a home away from home for my guests. It's like a luxurious hotelroom with privacy. 2 min from Saguaro Natl. Park - East. Ideal for hiking, biking and birding. Just outside city limits, overlooking the city with desert and mountain views. Dark night skies, howling coyotes, hooting owls and occasional javelinas. We loved our stay. The location was peaceful and close to Saguaro East for hiking. The casita was clean, bed comfy and Fredericka was super helpful. I’m picky about where I stay and I’d highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay

We booked this a bit on a whim as we were doing a National Park tour and were ending our trip in Tucson for a few days. The location (a few minutes from Saguaro East), the views, and the hospitality was fantastic. We had been on the go and it was a great relaxing end to our NP extravaganza. Would highly recommend!

The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The feel of the house was truly southwest. Quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay there again if we are ever in Tucson.

Okay, this place was awesome! My husband and I stayed here a couple of nights while we visited Saguaro National Park, and this was the perfect spot. It’s only a few minutes away from the park itself, which was very convenient. The studio is beautiful, clean, and smells nice, and the porch offers an amazing view of the mountains. We also got to see some javelinas from the porch in the morning! Frederika was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks so much, Frederika! We really enjoyed our stay!

Frederika is amazing! Very attentive and accommodating. The Damselfly Casita is a wonderful, quiet, comfortable retreat. The decor is colorful and fun! It is a perfect spot to winddown after enjoying all that Tucson has to offer. Highly recommend staying at the Damselfly!

Fantastic Place

We had a wonderful surprise by being greatly by the hostess and was delighted with how welcoming she was. The accommodations were better than the description and pictures online. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

The cleanliness was impeccable, I own a cleaning company so I tend to be more critical than most. Our host was so kind and friendly, all the special little touches made us feel at home!

Our host was absolutely lovely. She greeted us when we arrived and checked in each day to be sure we had ever needed. The studio had traces of her personality and exemplified her love for hosting. Beyond that-the amenities were absolutely outstanding. We didn’t want to leave!

We love Tucson because of its artsy historic downtown, its renowned university and its friendly people with a relaxed atmosphere and refined, hip eateries. The beautiful weather and abundant nature. We had no idea the Sonoran desert could be this beautiful. That's what we like to share with our guests.

We chose this home because of its location on 8 acres on top of a knoll overlooking the Tucson valley. Moreover, because of the casita so beautiful we wanted it for ourselves! ;-)
