This condo was the cleanest place we had ever stayed we felt like we were at home but on vacation lol. Costel was very easy to contact and was very accommodating amazingly quiet great stay and the price was great thanks afain

Beautiful apartment at a great location in a complex with a perfect pool and gym. We love Avalon and being on the ground floor close to the pool was perfect!

Amazing!!

The condo was amazing! My family had a great vacation and the property was perfect! The pool was a hit for the kids and everyone there was friendly! Will definitely be going back!!

I highly recommend! I had a great experience. Costel was welcoming and responsive. It was such a pleasant and attractive condo.It was also very clean-which I really appreciated. Also liked the well- appointed kitchen, as well as having a washer and dryer in the unit.In addition, Avalon was a nice community with friendly people.I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed 10 nights at the Avalon condo. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room and the condo was really nice and clean. We all enjoyed the pool and the short 10 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We plan to come back again!

Very comfortable condo

We have been staying following the hurricanes and our home is not livable. This condo has everything we need. Very convenient to gas, groceries, bank and many restaurants.

Review

Spacious and clean. The owner was quick to respond to any quarries we had and resolve any problems. We were there for three months, and the pool was a great place to meet people. Just a short drive from Clearwater beach.

February get away

The place was clean and has everything you need for a longer stay. It had beach supplies (chairs, towels, cooler ect ) which saved me from going out to purchase. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Close to the beaches, restaurants within walking distance, and shopping. Walmart, publix, CVS, Aldi ect within 4 miles so easy to pick up essentials that we had forgotten. The pool was great, it is a smaller pool but very comfortable, close but not too close to our unit and everyone we chatted with was nice and inviting. Any issues the owner was very receptive and quick to resolve our issues. Would highly recommend.

It was great!!!

We had a great time. It worked well for us. There is not much of a view, but we were busy the whole time, so it didn’t matter. We enjoyed dinner on the porch, and the owner had beach towels and supplies there which were so helpful. There were also ice packs to use in the little soft sided cooler I brought. Everything is nice and clean. The owner was gracious when we broke something and told us how to replace it. Overall, it was a good location and easy to get to the beach, store, etc.

Super easy check in process. Everything was simple. Laid out and easy to understand. Room was very nice, clean, stocked well for people like us who cook in room most of the time. Comfortable living space. Bathroom is very nice size. Huge closets, I will say that this host is extremely easy to work with. Our air wasn't working and he got someone out there very quick after realizing that it wouldn't cool the unit. Kept in constant contact letting me know every step of the way. Can't be more thankful for that and his willingness to make sure we were comfortable, Pool area is nice, we only visited that area 3 times while we were there. Very close drive to beaches, not much traffic, even during holidays, I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Clearwater area.
