Welcome to your peaceful home away from home in beautiful Clearwater. This charming ground-floor condo is located in the gated Avalon community, just 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, and is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for a relaxing stay close to beaches, shopping, dining, and local attractions.

The condo offers excellent value in a prime location, only 15 minutes from St. Pete–Clearwater Airport and 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, making travel easy and convenient.

The place was very clean,close to the pool and comfortable, I love every Parton my stay,I actually didnt want to leave! I highly recommend this place.on thing that could be better would be cable in the bedroom but I just watched my apps on the TV. I hope I can get the same place next year

This was a really nice condo close to the beaches, about 10 minutes away. It was very comfortable. Everything went well, but be aware that there’s an extra 200 in fees and 89 in insurance.

The host has wonderful communication. This home is kept clean and supplies are available for personal tidy needs. The screen porch is a comfortable spot for reading. Nice cooking utensils are available to prepare meals.Convenient location for amenities.

Everything was great. The only downfall was the bbq grill not being at the unit to cook on. It was down by the pool so not easy for meals. Otherwise excellent.

Honeymoon getaway

Dana our host was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying at the Avalon. Very quiet and can get to any of the surrounding beaches with a quick drive. Will stay here again when we go down there again.

Perfect condo close to beach

My daughter and I stayed here and it exceeded expectations. Clean, great decor, 10 mins to beach, and most important, we both felt safe. We appreciated the quiet hours, and beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Highly recommend this condo!

Very nice little condo

Nice place, very clean. Nice pool. Close to stores, and some nice places to eat nearby. Easy drive to beaches. Downtown Dunedin was fun as well, not to far

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Clearwater. The condo was clean and perfect for my wife and 2-yr-old. The host had a pack n play for us to use. Only 15 minutes from the main Clearwater Beach. Many great restaurants with a short drive. We really enjoyed using the pool at the complex.

I sent my mom and her bestie of 55 years on a vacation with this location being their main stay. They had an absolutely lovely time and enjoyed the clean convenient ground level unit. The toaster wasn’t working and the owner had one delivered a few hours later. Very kind and stayed on top of things. We would stay here again for sure.
