Welcome to Deja Blue River Beach House, a private luxury oasis on the serene Weeki Wachee River. Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat features a private river beach, calm canal setting with no rear neighbors, and plenty of space to relax, play, and reconnect. Spend your days kayaking crystal-clear waters and your evenings unwinding together in comfort, surrounded by nature and unforgettable riverfront views.

This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The open-plan living area features a cozy living room with a large sofa and HDTV, flowing seamlessly into a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area for four.

• Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable King-sized bed and an attached private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a Queen-sized bed plus a Twin trundle bed.
• Florida Room: An air-conditioned sunroom with a Futon and a convertible bean bag chair provides additional sleeping space and a place for games.

The place was perfect for us. The host let me check in a little bit early, which meant the world to me. Everything was as described. We really loved the hot tub and the bar. We swam right off the dock and we loved grilling out. We loved that there was nature right across the dock and not another house to look at. The place had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen.

This was the perfect little waterfront cottage for our family of 4! It’s located on a peaceful canal, away from busy boat traffic, but only about a 10 minute paddle from the most beautiful part of the main river. The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you could need. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. The backyard was incredible and is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t kayaking. The hostess, Mary, left a sweet welcome note with a basket of goodies and helpful info about nearby stores, activities, and urgent care/hospitals. We can’t wait to go back!

This is a charming property that delivered on my expectations for an old Florida family vacation. Wildlife in the canal is abundant! We were even graced with seeing a whole family of manitee from the dock one evening (which I did not expect this time of year)! This town is not built up commercially. It is old Florida, low key feel. The main attraction for me was to kayak. It was a little further than I expected from the canal to the main river- between that & tide concerns I decided not to let the kid kayak alone & we went tandem. The clear kayak front seat strap was broken but I used some ingenuity with a bunjee chord I had on hand and it worked fine.Communication was superb. The property was VERY clean. Kitchen appliance & utensils were abundant. The backyard was surprisingly private (considering close neighboring properties) the waterway is much less traveled than the main Weeki wachee area. I absolutely love the family friendly outdoor games and kayaks provided on site for ample entertainment to hunker down at the property and spend time together with toes in the sand, offering optional shade, and sunroom through rainy afternoons. Commute to Weeki Wachee & Hernando was a short easy drive. (I planned & budgeted to rent a pontoon boat to go out on the ocean from a local motel.) I did not want a crowded beach, blazing sun, long walk with sand toys & head on a swivel near ocean tides. This house offers an alternative type fl vacation and it delivered- would recommend.

The home is clean and updated even more than it looks in the pictures. It was very comfortable for my family of four. You can stay there the whole time or there's restaurants and shopping close. The first day there we kayaked down to the river and found manatees right away. It was pretty awesome.

The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The first morning a manatee swam right by and there is a friendly otter that was spotted several times. The only thing we did not think about was when the tide goes out it is too low to get the kayaks into it. Other than that we would definitely stay again. Beautiful location and the hot tub was great. Thank you.

Excellent stay

We loved this property and enjoyed kayaking on the river! It was a perfect place: relaxing and enjoyable. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable after a long day kayaking the river. We would definitley stay again!

This house has everything you need and then some. Mary goes above and beyond with what is provided. Very easy access to the springs. Quiet area and friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed our time!

Great stay at the river

My family and I had a great stay at the house on the Weeki Wachee River. We enjoyed using the canoes to go up the river toward the springs. Side note: take a right if you are trying to get to the river - we went the wrong way the first time! But we had a great adventure and I loved showing my girls the beauty of old Florida - as well as the mermaids!

Awesome house!

This is the cleanest house I’ve ever stayed in. The home is equipped with anything you could possibly need. The location is nice and the water pressure is awesome. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This Vrbo made us feel like we were right at home! Quaint, clean, cozy & our 3yo loved the games! We roasted marshmallows over the fire pit each evening & spent quality time with family! We even kayaked to Hospital Hole! We enjoyed our stay!

Great get away

Second year coming to Florida thru this app. This years location was amazing. They provided a wonderful clean home as well as made it really feel like a home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We’d love to come back again!

A must stay …rated highly for a reason

We loved that it was secluded and had so much onsite to do. Kayaking, hot tub, fire pit, games, fishing poles, and all the essentials needed for your stay. The sandy back yard was perfect for our infant. We really enjoyed it as did our teenage son who loved taking the kayaks out. It’s not too far of a paddle to beautiful water. Water was a bit low when we stayed but so nice still. We would stay again!

Great Escape

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time on our stay! The Weeki Wachee springs run a few minutes away was amazing. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and the house was very clean. The backyard area and the hot tub made for a great time as well. Would recommend!

Perfect for a couple

Stayed for a long weekend, house very well maintained, perfect for the two of us. I loved that it was obviously clean but didn't have that strong bleach smell that some rentals have. Only negative is that the hot water is very limited but other than that, A+. Felt like home, would stay again for sure!

Cool spot

Loved the house and backyard area! Everything was clean and loved the beach area. We took a few trips in the kayaks and saw manatees everytime! There was a dolphin that made his way past the dock in the mornings. Thanks for our stay!

Return visit

We loved it so much last year we returned again this year. The place is great. We got to see manatees swim right by the dock this time, and there were a bunch of them in the river right out from the canal. Awesome time!
