This beautiful NEW top floor condo is an exquisite luxury mountain getaway with high-end finishes, majestic mountain views and easy access to the slopes. Located just steps from Lakeside Village and less than half a mile from the Mountain House base area. Features include an open floor plan with two spacious decks, granite countertops and state-of-the-art finishes paired with contemporary kitchen appliances. Enjoy Smart TVs, in-floor radiant heat, and high-end modern mountain-inspired decor.
LIVING AREA: The bright and spacious living room is the perfect place to gather with family and friends. Relax by the gas fireplace and find your favorite programs on the wall-mounted Smart TV or step out onto one of the two private balconies for some Colorado views and fresh mountain air!
KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features brand new high-end stainless steel appliances. It also includes single cup and drip coffee maker, dishware & flatware, cooking basics, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, crock pot and toaster. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
DINING AREA: The separate dining area seats eight at the table and is a great place to gather for a group meal or games. The second private balcony is accessible from this room.
ENTRY: The entryway features a bench and built-in hooks to easily place and store gear. Just past the entryway is the laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.
PRIMARY BEDROOMS (2): The two Primary bedrooms (one on main floor and one upstairs) both include king beds and full en-suites, making it the perfect environment to rest up after an adventurous day. Both rooms have ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and beautiful views of Keystone Mountain!
GUEST BEDROOM: The third bedroom is a perfect hideaway for any guest. It includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and pull-out twin trundle bed. There is also a Smart TV and small reading nook.
LOFT: The upstairs loft is another excellent getaway spot in the home and is also perfect for watching movies. This room includes a large Smart TV and a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle bed.
Enjoy private access to the entire condo. The hot tubs and pool are shared amenities.

Located next to Lakeside village which offers summer and winter activities including paddle boarding, paddle boating, bike rentals, fishing, ice skating, several restaurants, shopping and seasonal events. The free resort shuttle picks up just outside the building and provides easy access to Mountain House base area or River Run. Enjoy the Summit County Rec Path with miles of riding and walking and the Snake River Wetlands. The Keystone Conference Center is just across Highway 6, and guests can use the pedestrian crossing that runs underneath the highway to make their way to any conferences.
Owner also provides access to East Lake Clubhouse which includes an indoor pool and hot tub with a wall of windows that provide an excellent view of the slopes. There’s also a sauna and a large deck on the water with a grill and plenty of seating. Nearby is a picnic area and playground.
Parking: 1 car allowed in underground garage; unassigned first come first serve parking in front of building (not guaranteed)
Bus: Summit Stage offers free public transit service within Summit County, Colorado, providing access to our public lands, lodging, town centers, retail areas, and medical centers. We also operate two commuter routes, connecting with both Park County and Lake County.
Building amenities include: two hot tub areas, ski locker room and an underground heated parking garage. Owner will also provide guests access to the East Lake Clubhouse, which includes an indoor pool and hot tub with a wall of windows displaying a breathtaking view of the slopes. There is also a sauna and a large deck with plenty of seating and a grill for cooking, as well as a picnic area and playground nearby.

NO PETS - Guests are not allowed to have pets in the condo or the building. You might see dogs around the building because owners are allowed to bring pets.
QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors, some of whom live in the community full-time and have young children.
OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests that may stay overnight is 10. No more than 12 guests at one time.
SKI, SNOW, GOLF EQUIPMENT - lease use storage lockers located next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. Do not bring ski equipment into the condo, including boots. If more space is needed, you can leave some boots lined outside of condo door
