This apartment is decorated with a theme of something that I enjoy! I'm an active person and biking is a great past time I love doing around the area, especially the 1,293 acres of Forest Park.

Fortunately, the amazing environment of Dogtown doesn't require a bike at all! All that Forest Park offers is right out the front door and in walking distance. Or it's a quick bus ride or drive to downtown, the Loop, and Washington University. It'd be my pleasure to have you as a guest in my apartment!

Verification of ID is required to prevent credit card fraud.
Please note that a $200 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded within a week of check-out. Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect in your account once processed.

This is a friendly reminder of our house policies:
We have onsite managers who live on the property and are available to assist you at any time to ensure a smooth, quiet, and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Please arrive with your ID matching the reservation. Only those guests listed on the reservation will be allowed through security. Guests will not be accommodated if the reservation is made for someone other than the person booking. All others will be immediately escorted off the front of the property. No groups of more than 3 adult guests allowed due to St. Louis City occupancy restrictions (depending on age of children).
Contact us when you arrive no matter what time so we can let you through the entry gate.
Again, we are here to assist you when you need it!
Enjoy your stay until 11AM. Late check-outs or extensions must be requested at least 1 hour in advance and are subject to availability and an additional fee.
Strictly no smoking, gatherings, parties, or pets allowed. There are smoke and noise monitoring devices in each unit.
24/7 surveillance cameras are actively monitored, including Ring cameras in hallways and entrances. Tampering with these devices will result in immediate removal from the property.
Please respect other residents. Any policy violations may result in immediate removal.

I never even got to check into the place.The host would not respond and i feel the whole thing was unprofessional and a scam

The guest’s claim that we are “scammers” and refused to provide check-in is completely false and misleading. The security deposit was clearly stated in the listing instructions, and the guest was expected to comply with this requirement. When they arrived, they refused to pay the required security deposit, despite our attempts to explain the requirement and arrange check-in. We also tried multiple times to contact them, but they failed to respond. We were fully prepared to provide check-in once the stated requirements were met. The guest cannot reasonably refuse a clearly disclosed requirement and then falsely claim that we denied them check-in. If the guest was unwilling to pay the security deposit, they should have informed us before arriving, giving us the opportunity to cancel the reservation and make the property available to other guests. We strongly reject these accusations and believe this review is an unfair and inaccurate representation of what actually happened. Guests are expected to read and follow the clearly stated property policies before booking and arriving.

Great location

If you are visiting for the zoo this unit is great because you can walk to breakfast, dinner and the zoo.

Hi-Pointe, good location

Really convenient location, close to Dogtown, Zoo, WashU, 2X museums. Nice neighborhood, felt safe at night walking. Listing details are accurate. Really enjoyed our 3day stay!

Affordable and comfy property

It was nice to have something this nice for this price, especially when it is so close to the zoo and washu college campus. Definitely recommend

Family trip to STL

The property was everything we needed and more. Even though it was a studio it still fit my entire party comfortably! The off road parking was really nice too.

Worked in a pinch

The garage was secure but doesn’t fit bigger than midsize automobile. There was full size coffee maker and no coffee for it. Instant provided was good. Need to leave instructions on how to adjust temperature. Screens weee missing in windows.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed the apartment. When we first arrived we were a little leary because it was late and the building is old but the inside was very nice. If you have young children, know that the apartment is not on the first floor - we were constantly reminding our kids to walk because we were afraid the running was too loud. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay. We walked to the zoo and then into Dogtown for lunch and walked back. Only time we had to drive was going to our cousins wedding. Really, my only complaint is the underground parking. It was a very tight squeeze in our minivan. If you have a car or a smaller SUV it would be okay.

2 water leaks in bathroom. They moved us to another unit. Should have warned us that parking was inconvenient to access units! Bed was noisy. Place was very hot! The radiators couldn’t be adjusted. There were 2 air conditioners though at least.

Disappointed

The owner completely failed to communicate with us, did not respond to multiple attempts at contact. Our credit card was not charged at the initial booking, and after failing to make contact with the owner we assumed the booking did not go through, so we made other arrangements. The day after our scheduled booking our credit card was charged for this booking, even though we never had any contact with the owner, received no check-in instructions, and did not stay there. Complete loss of money. Very bad experience. Strongly recommend against booking with this owner.
