Discover the charm of this historic 120+ year-old condo, offering over 900 sq ft of comfortable living space with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Enjoy the blend of timeless style and modern updates, including ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom, carpeted bedrooms, and hardwood floors in the living areas. Street parking is available, with optional garage access for longer stays. Includes a refrigerator, HVAC, dishwasher, stove, microwave, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TV.

Welcome to your cozy second-floor retreat! As soon as you step inside, you’ll head up a short flight of stairs to access the full condo, including spacious living areas, comfy bedrooms, and sparkling bathrooms. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay extra comfortable, including plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The kitchen is stocked with an Instapot for quick meals and a Keurig complete with coffee, tea, and cider—because mornings are better with options!

Now, let’s talk about the quirks of a second-floor condo. Yes, heat does rise—but so does your comfort level! On rare record-hot days, feel free to crank up the A/C (it’s powered by a brand-new HVAC system installed in June 2023) and turn on the fan we’ve provided. Rest assured, you’ll stay cool and comfortable no matter the weather.

To make settling in a breeze, you’ll find a printed guide waiting for you upon arrival. It’s packed with helpful info, like where to find remotes, extra blankets, and cleaning supplies—so no scavenger hunts required.

Cleanliness is a top priority here. The condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every stay, following industry standard's five-step enhanced cleaning process. What does that mean for you?

One of the best parts about living in Saint Louis is that you can get to everything. Whether you're looking for a place to relax, or a place to party, it's all right there in the city. No matter what you're looking for, this condo is perfectly place. It's close to Lafayette Square, Benton Park, Soulard, and Fox Park, and Ballpark Village, so you can walk or bike anywhere in the city...just steps from some of the best restaurants and cocktail bars in the area. It's also close to Forest Park the second largest urban park in the country!

The condo is on the second floor. When you enter the condo, you will immediately go up stairs accessing the full condo. All living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, are included. There are plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels for guests. The condo also has an Instapot and Keurig with fully stocked coffee, tea and cider.

With a second floor condo …heat rises! The living room may be a little warm on the record hot days, but feel free to crank the A/c up and if necessary, use a fan (provided). The HVAC system is brand new (installed June 2023), so it can handle it!

Upon arriving, there will be a full guide to the entire condo printed out to orient guest to where everything is in the rooms (i.e., remotes, extra blankets, cleaning supplies, etc.)

I follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which was developed in partnership with experts.

Here are a few highlights:
- I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
- I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
- I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
