Close to downtown, tcu, hospitals. Great yard for pets and lots of storage for long-term stays. Live plants make this home extra cozy, and enjoy the huge backyard even on cold days with the gas fire pit.
This gorgeous historic neighborhood offers you a real home lifestyle during your stay with a variety of urban entertainment just 2 blocks from your door. On Magnolia Avenue, you will find "The Near Southside" neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. You may even time it right to enjoy a street festival of local artisans and live music!
If you are commuting while staying in our home, you will find it very convenient to get anywhere in the metroplex from this central location with fast highway access points.
We keep things simple but try to provide you with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. You will find the charm of a vintage home with modern amenities. Need any special arrangements for an extended stay? Just ask!

Located in the historic Fairmont neighborhood, less than 2 blocks from Magnolia street entertainment, you will have the opportunity to experience the authentic Fort Worth without even finding parking! A perfect introduction to life in Fort Worth, this neighborhood has the best local dining, coffee, services, and even street festivals. You can also take an art class at Arts 5th, walk to one of the parks, catch a band at the magnolia green, or try swing dance at preservation hall.
