Great central location in nice, safe area of town

Overall I am very happy with my stay. The house is overall very clean. Some feed back- The carpet in the bedroom/closet really needs a steam cleaning. It’s very dirty and a lot of spills and stains. Also noticed the AC filter is full of dust and needs changing as well. Water filter and air filter in refrigerator both have red lights saying they need replacement. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need a deep cleaning. Grease on cabinets above stove, toothpaste drippings on bathroom cabinet doors. It would be really nice to have a smart TV in the living room. Would be really nice to have blackout curtain in the living room window rather than just light filtering where people can still see in. The hexagon window in the living room also really needs a blind. Would be really nice to have a Keurig or Nepresso machine. Would be nice if coffee filters were provided for the drip coffee maker. Kitchen trash can is broken- foot petal does not work. Would like instructions on where the dumpster is located in the welcome email instructions. Other than that, the place is very nice, new, clean, safe, and good location. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/utensils. Would be nice to have some basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder) and olive oil. Could use more kitchen trash bags and a pair of scissors in the kitchen would be really nice. Thank you for providing plenty of hangers in the closet, soap, sponge, dishwater/laundry pods, and bathroom soap/shampoo!

Great place!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at your place. Everything was great! I love the layout of your condo and all the furnishings. It was an easy walk to coffee, breakfast or to the store. Our daughters are attending UofA and it was an easy drive to campus. Thank you!

Nice new condo

We enjoyed our stay. The unit has beautiful furnishings and was very quiet with several restaurants nearby. The only negative was the lack of facial tissues and the porch light was out, making it easy to trip on the small step there

Nice place… a few things, though

There is no TV. Beautiful walk-in closet, but no hangers. No kleenex, and could not find any dish cloths or towels. Unit was clean and quiet.

Could be five stars but….

We liked this unit because it was conveniently located to everything we needed. The directions given weren’t as clear because the unit is located in an active construction zone. The workers start as early as 6:30am so if don’t mind the noise it’s worth the cost. If you’re checking in late at night it’s very hard to locate because property isn’t properly lit. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of closet space/storage. Washer & dryer work really good. Kitchen is well stocked. If it weren’t for the construction going on we would have given it five stars.

Would stay again

We were in town for U of A game and this was a nice change from a hotel. It looks just like the pictures, it’s cozy like home. Easy to get to shops, restaurants or coffee. WiFi worked great which we appreciated as we planned on using our laptop to watch tv since we knew there wasn’t one. The view is a dusty construction site right now as new condos are being started :( We slept well but as others mentioned if you could bring your own favorite blankets I would. There was a flat sheet and a thin blanket and more decorative blankets in the closet. It’s still warm so it wasn’t a big deal but had we realized we would have brought blankets. Towels are sparse and not great quality. All the amenities are there to cook/eat we didn’t use them. I would bring bottled water since none is provided. (We live in AZ and don’t drink the water). Overall I would stay again but with some enhancements even if I have to bring my own.

Great Place to Relax

The property was great and we found it very comfortable. We came to the area to find a second home for the winter months. We stayed at this property. It was kind of disappointing to find no TV available, but we made it work with ability to use our laptop. I didn't realize it was located on the second floor, but it was not a problem for us. Over all, it was very enjoyable.

Very functional

Pretty much as described. Clean and convenient to get around and get to restaurants. Fast internet-we watched tv on my laptop. A little spartan with no spices or basic ingrediants for use and the patio chairs were uncomfortable so we didnt use them much. We struggled a little with the nest thermostat that kept wanting to turn the A/C on and we kept turning it off. Overall, we would stay there again.

Cute little condo, great location

No tv but we were just fine without it. Loved being close to the Union Plaza, walk/bike track. Would have of been nice to know exact appliances in the kitchen before we arrived. Toaster, coffee pot, would have made shopping easier. If ever back in Tucson we’d stay here again for sure. It was perfect place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient

Lovely new one bdr condo near St Philips Square on Campbell and River. A little hard to find in the dark so arrive early. Vacasa was attentive to my texts. No major concerns other than the washer did not work ( in a new unit!) Location handy to family and the Cantalina Foothills. I thought about buying one of these units but renting this one is just too worry free. I would stay here again.

Clean, new, lovely decor

Comfortable bed and furniture tastefully done. Convenient kitchen with adequate utensils. Good shower with double sinks in bath.

Big negative...no TV. However, clean and nicely decorated. Washer quit working and dishwasher was iffy. Also, compex in very busy area w lots of traffic. Many fees and taxes add to a reasonable price making it less so. Dont recommend.
