We loved our stay! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect for the kids to play during the day and for roasting marshmallows at night.The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to downtown Harbor Springs and restaurants. Check-in was seamless. A great spot for a family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home and well equipped for anything a family or dog parent would need. It may not be directly on the water, but it's just around the block from the water so it definitely has that authentic coastal feel.

Was in area for a wedding and to also look at real estate. Home was thoughtfully updated, clean and within walking distance to downtown Harbor Springs. Very enjoyable stay.

This property’s location and proximity to the bluff, overlook of the harbor, and walking distance to the Main Street is amazing. The bedding, beds, and well stocked kitchen made our stay delightful. The grill and outdoor space was perfect for eating outdoors. The place is spotless and updated. The narrow staircase to get to the 2nd floor bedrooms was ideal for my teenaged kids but not great for elderly people. There is a pull out couch on 1st floor which was perfect for my 80 year old dad. We enjoyed our nightly bonfires.

Great house and owners. Communication with them is excellent. House is very welcoming and decorated very nicely. Property itself is excellent and location very near downtown Harbor Springs is the best! Located 9 minutes from Boyne Highlands and Nub's. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet cottage walkable to town

A nice combination of original charm and new spaces, a large yard on a quiet street, and a short walk into town make Shady Pines a great vacation spot.

Great Location for a Family Trip

We had a great stay at this property in Harbor Springs. It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the owners were extremely communicative and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect—a great base for exploring Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island, Petoskey, and Charlevoix. Highly recommend!

Lovely home in Harbor Springs

Beautiful, well appointed home in a great area behind Bluff Street! So fun to be able to walk into town using the boardwalk. Will definitely come back to visit this gem!

We loved returning to Harbor Springs and this home was perfect. An easy walk to the best view of Little Traverse Bay! They thought of including everything you might need too. Very attentive if you had questions also!

Excellent Stay

We had an incredible stay at this property. Location was in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to town. The interior was very well-done and comfortable and we had everything we needed during our stay. It was also a perfect fit for our family and grandchild. Could not have been more pleased with our stay here!

My family had such a wonderful time at Shady Pines. Everything about our stay was more than we imagined. House was just perfect and awesome location. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will for sure be back.

Great location - beautiful home

Shady Pines was recently remodeled and was very comfortable to stay. It is located within walking distance of Main St of Harbor Springs which we really enjoyed. It was also a short drive to Nubs Nob. It was very hospitable for our dog, who also enjoyed the nice neighborhood walks. We would definitely stay there again.
