Our stay at the house was perfect. Everything was exactly as described and the host was great with communication whenever we had any questions. Highly recommended to anyone visiting key colony beach!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our family of four. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Location is absolutely beautiful! We can't wait to return.

Nice clean property that provided what we needed. Make sure you are familiar with Roku and streaming. We are not and never did figure out the television. Erin the property manager did her best to help us over the phone because she was out of town. We would rent this unit again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great week at this house in KCB. The house was clean and communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay/Great Location

Had a great time. Had the boat right there. Only a few minutes to the Bay or Ocean side. Will book again.

Great place & very boat friendly.

Great place to stay and to bring your boat to. House has all one needs for the family and the boat, even a smaller freezer that fits four 16 lbs bags of ice with room for bait & chum blocks.

Perfect for fishing trip!

Great location. Right on Vaca Cut. 5 minute boat ride to ocean side or bay side. Would definitely stay there again.

Family trip to Marathon

It was a wonderful rental in Key Colony Beach, equipped with everything you could need! We enjoyed our stay very much especially the back patio area! The host was very kind, professional, and attentive! Also we always enjoy being able to go to the Cabana club in KCB! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place with a great location!

Perfect for us

This was a perfect place for our one week getaway. It was very clean, close to everything, and a great dock for our 24 ft boat. Loved hanging out around the tiki in the evenings. Lots of parking for our cars and the boat trailer. Would rent it again

Family vacation

Stayed here with family. Had all the comforts of home with the bonus of being on vacation. Kitchen was great for making dinners. Dining area was spacious. The outdoor tiki was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunrise over the roof tops

outstanding rental property

great place to spend time relaxing in the keys. the cottage was beautiful, excellent location, stocked with practically all we needed. the host (Erin) was wonderful, always available with any questions or concerns (we had only a few questions and no concerns) we would highly recommend this rental

Perfect!

What a great place to stay!! It was pet friendly with all tiled floors, fully stocked kitchen, clean, comfy beds, centrally located, easy booking. Can’t say enough good things about this well apportioned rental. We would certain come back again!

very pleasant and nice area

Everything was as described on the listing. We were able to fish off the canal and go pickelballing and the golf course was also used. The Cabana club was also a nice addition and we went there a few times. Close to everything that we wanted to do. We would love to stay here again!!!

Wonderful property

Perfect spot for fishing and boating. Love having the boat in the water ready to go! Tiki Hut was perfect for our evening dinner. Master bed was a little firm for my taste, but the other half loved it! Will come back for certain!

We had an amazing month-long stay here in February. The place was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and clean and Key Colony Beach is a great spot in the middle keys. We are not big partiers and it was great place to spend time outside on the canal, paddleboard from the dock, and watch all the wildlife. We saw manatees, green iguanas, fish, and all types of birds right from the backyard. We went to the Cabana Club regularly to hang out at the pool/beach and there are a few cool restaurants within easy walking/short driving distance. It's a duplex and all of the neighbors were quiet and friendly. The backyard is set up so you still have privacy. The last group had 7 people and 3 dogs, but they were only there two nights. That admittedly would not have been ideal for a month. Overall though, it was perfect!
