Beautiful and spacious condo! My family very much enjoyed our stay! Our host Erica was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Perfect views of the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was a dream! Our family and life has been so busy and being able to basically show up and have most essentials provided by the hosts was a treat. Fantastic experience!!!

The Nelson family condo at Wrightsville Beach was a "diamond in the rough". The entire unit was beautifully decorated and well stocked - as all essentials were provided in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The back deck overlooking the ocean was a wonderful place to hang out. And I'm certain the sunrises from the deck would have been stunning. Check-in and check-out was straightforward. And communication and response time from the property owner was always prompt and full of lots of information - which was very beneficial and greatly appreciated. The 1-week stay at the Nelson family condo was excellent. And I highly recommend this listing to future travelers to Wrightsville Beach.

Property was great; as advertised. Erica was amazing in helping us with all check-in details. Access to beach equipment was a very nice touch. A great family vacation. Will definitely book here next time in Wilmington. Thanks Erica!

Beautiful condo

This 3 br condo is totally renovated and is beautifully done. New bedding, luxury towels and very comfortable. The manager is very responsive and so easy to work with. Highly recommend for your stay on the beach.

Fabulous Condo!!

This condo exceeds all expectations. It is tastefully decorated, very clean and well stocked with numerous thoughtful and gracious touches, including a hand written welcome note from the Hostess.

Such a well appointed property. I often see listings that tout 'gourmet kitchen' or whatever, but this one really has about everything you could need. My wife needed a springform pan...there it was! And this is directly on the ocean a short walk from Johnny Mercer's Pier. Just an excellent location. Parking and check-in are easy. The host communicates exactly the right amount. We were delighted and hope to return next year!

Fantastic!

Beautiful condo on the beach with fantastic views. This is a spacious and well stocked condo. Beach and pool access just a quick elevator ride away. Would give Erica six stars if we could, for her responsive communication and thoughtfulness. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area.

Great condo stay!

We love the Islander condo location. 5F is a wonderful 3BR with great kitchen amenities including spices. Host communicates very quickly. Nice cosmetic updates to condo including bedding and paint. Loved the starter packs like coffee pods, laundry pods and mini toiletries in bathrooms. My kids loved the pillows!

Beautiful Beach Condo

What an amazing condo this is! Our family gathered at Wrightsville beach for a week and everyone agreed our place was by far the nicest! We had plenty of room for 6 adults, a fantastic view of the ocean (pictures don't do it justice) and very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is well stocked and the owner super sweet and responsive. She even left us wine and snacks upon arrival which were so appreciated after a long drive. The back porch is glassed in and a wonderful place to sit and have coffee. This space is very disability friendly - there is a ramped drop off space out front which leads to a lobby with an elevator. The condo itself has wide hallways and the main bedroom has a step in shower. There is one step up to the shower which my father navigated just fine with his walker. The icing on this cake is that there are plenty of beach towels, sand chairs, boogie boards and other beach play items to use. Again - the owners are so very generous and thoughtful with all these items to use. I highly recommend this space. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay!!!! Our host Erica was absolutely fabulous and readily available to any questions we had about Wrightsville and Wilmington restaurants, shopping, activities. You truly don’t need to bring anything but your suitcase full of clothes and certain fave toiletries. Erica has you taken care of!! Bath robes, fluffy towels, seriously - if you forgot something simple, she has it in a cabinet for you! So look before you head to the store. The kitchen is great and well stocked - you only need to get groceries for your stay. Beach items . . . She has you covered!! I could go on and on!! Our family was thrilled with our stay and we fell in love with Wrightsville!! We are ready to book for 2027!! Thank you so much Erica! We loved meeting you!

This was an amazing place to stay. From the moment we walked in my family loved it. This condo was beautifully laid out and decorated and felt like home from the moment you walked in. We spent our mornings on the balcony enjoying the views and sounds from the ocean. The sunsets from master suite balcony were spectacular also. The hosts have truly thought of everything to make this a stress free stay. The kitchen was just as described and we enjoyed cooking in it. The cabinet full of books, games, puzzles and coloring supplies entertained everyone in my family throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this wonderful condo. The host is absolutely amazing Erica was very informative and quick to respond to all of our needs. My family highly recommends this place we can't wait to come back and stay again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach-facing condo, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the owner put real thought into making guests feel comfortable. The unit was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — board games for evening fun, toys for the kids, and even breakfast items waiting for us, which made the first morning effortless.The furniture struck the perfect balance: spacious enough to spread out and relax, yet cozy enough that it genuinely felt like home. We spent hours just lounging and taking in the beach views — it was hard to want to leave the living room!Location-wise, you really can't beat it. The pool was a great bonus for lazy afternoons, and the beach itself was just steps away — peaceful, uncrowded, and perfect for unwinding.On top of all that, the owner was incredibly helpful, courteous, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. That kind of responsiveness makes such a difference for a stress-free vacation.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway. We'd happily stay here again!
