This property was perfect for the large group we had staying for my son’s graduation. Everything was perfect there were multiple ways to keep everyone entertained and happy. I would love to stay at this property again.

Rachel was super helpful and communicative. The property was obviously well maintained, every detail was thoughtful and we had no problems or complaints about anything during our stay. The pool and spacious family rooms were the highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend this property!!

Funky town Farmhouse is kid friendly. The grandchildren loved the pool and I loved that it was enclosed in a fence. I also loved that everything in the kitchen works well because we cook every meal.Rachel did a wonderful job of communicating. She was very helpful in facilitating our stay..I would enthusiastically recommend this property. It is well designed and decorated.

Great place to stay & relax

We visited in June for a family girl’s trip. The beautiful home with plenty of rooms and privacy around the pool made for a wonderfully relaxing stay full of fun, laughs and family time!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, playground . We were there with 18 people and had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the bunkroom. Nice family room for adults to gather and visit .

Great place for family fun!

We had a blast and loved the property. It is roomy for the amount of people it sleeps. The pool was great. Rachel was fantastic to work with. We had a fantastic time!!

Golf Weekend

Awesome house for our retreat

We hosted a respite retreat for medical moms at this house. It was awesome! The house is beautiful. There are plenty of beds - and they are very comfortable. We plan to book again in the future.

Perfect home for a big group!

The home was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 5 children! There was plenty of room for the kids to play outside, the play set was perfect for the kids and the pool was an added bonus! It was definitely a great choice to stay here!

Family Wedding Trip

The house was in a convenient location and had plenty of room. The Guest baths could use a little attention and it could have been cleaner. The house is decorated nicely & has room to spread out.

The hot tub was clean and the family enjoyed it. The pool was too cold but it is October so that is to be expected. The home was actually nicer than the pictures. It was perfect space for my family. The bunk house worked perfectly for my husband and I. We are older so it provided a getaway for us. Thank you.

Mother’s Day Gathering

This was the perfect place for my three sons and their families to come join me for Mother’s Day. Lots of sleeping spaces and a great pool. Even a playground if we had had little ones. The HEB in Weatherford made one stop shopping easy.

Beautiful Modern Farmhouse

My husband, teenaged kids and myself really enjoyed our stay at Funkytown Farmhouse. The house is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable visit. The expansive views from the house and patios are breathtaking. We watched the sunrise from the breakfast room/kitchen, and the sunset from the back patio. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home! We will definitely be back when we are in the Ft. Worth area again.

Rachel was an AMAZING host! From our first to last interaction, she was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs.We rented this house for my dad’s 80th birthday since it was close to several fishing lakes, and Rachel even offered to help us with the logistics! On our first day, we couldn’t find the pool skimmer. Within 10 minutes of texting her, the pool service guy arrived to clean the pool, show us how to operate the slide and pump, and give us excellent local restaurant recommendations! Rachel also texted to ask permission to take the trash cans to the street for us, brought empty cans, and even surprised us with a sweet treat!The house was such a fantastic find! The location was the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to easily do everything we wanted. We absolutely loved the large, gorgeous property. Over the course of the week, we had anywhere from 11 to 15 people staying at the house, and we never lacked space or privacy.The pool was absolutely great and a massive hit with everyone! The kitchen was well-stocked to cook for a large group, and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. We had so much fun with the indoor and outdoor games! The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and the decor was so thought out, homey, and comfortable. We made wonderful family memories here and would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Funkytown Fun

Our group had a great time spending spring break at Funkytown Farmhouse. The house was a perfect fit for our large group. There were many large areas where we were able to gather for meals, socializing and games. With 7 separate sleeping areas there was also plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a little quiet time as well. The host answered all of our questions, was responsive in a timely manner and even checked in on us when we were under a tornado watch, offering suggestions to help us stay calm and safe.
