At Tennis Club Villa you can walk to everything! This airy minimalist condo has been newly remodeled with a fresh neutral palette and striking lighting. Gorgeous new hardwoods, brand-new furniture. Steps away from the Roy Barth Tennis center, and a short walk to the beach, The Sanctuary, Town Center, and Turtle Point Golf Club. Beware: you'll never want to leave!

Our unit is located in East Beach, which is an incredible area. You're close to the tennis courts, beach, town center, night heron park AND the sanctuary hotel!

Parking: There's plenty of parking just outside the unit.
Turtle Point Golf Course: .5 mile away. You can go to play Golf OR have a bite at Tomasso's
Beach Access: the closest beach access is Boardwalk 27, which is a .5 mile walk/bike ride
Sanctuary Hotel: you're a .5 mile walk/ride
Town Center: you're a .4 mile walk to the Town Center, which has a convenience mart where you can buy beer/wine/staples
Night Heron Park: Night Heron is a .7 mile walk/ride
Bass Pond at Rhetts Bluff: This is a beautiful spot to view the marsh. You're .8 of a mile away.
Marsh Island Park Lookout Tower: This is a hidden gem that many don't know about. Cycle here for a beautiful view of the Marsh. Great spot for photos (2.4 miles)

We had an excellent stay at Chandlers place. Everything worked out very smoothly and the accommodations were great. Would go back and would definitely recommend!

Truth in advertising

Everything was exactly as represented and next time we come to Kiawah would love to stay in chandlers condo again . My wife is really picky ( we sent back our mattress at home 3 times) but said master bed was wonderful .

Very nice villa. Master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom was advertised as having 2 double beds but there was one twin and one double. Nice open living space and screened in deck with plenty of sunshine.

Great getaway

The property was just as advertised. Very clean and stocked with all we needed for our short getaway for sun and relaxation. Screened porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or afternoon reading. Walk to the beach was about 12 mins for us. Provided beach gear was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Kiawah Getaway pad

Can’t say enough good things about Chandler’s property. Tastefully updated, quiet location, super clean and bright, coffee pot, tea kettle, comfy beds and seating, clean appliances… Booked a two night get away and truly enjoyed our time at the condo/villa. The listing pictures accurately represent the unit. I am SUPER picky about bedrooms (linens) and bathrooms. The unit was spotless and (thankfully) had cotton sheets. I feel there is proud of ownership here and that translates to a great guest experience. Book this one now!

Very nice place. Comfortable beds. Updated. Nicely furnished, including the kitchen. They said there would be olive oil, but we didn't find any. There was coffee, but no tea. The only seasonings were salt and pepper. So bring everything you need, food and seasonings, if you plan to cook. 10minute walk to a lovely beach. Lots of walking and bike trails. Beautiful natural setting-lots of plants and wildlife. There were two bikes available to use, ridable, but were in need of maintenance. There were beach towels and chairs. Sliding doors to patio were operable, but almost every window had the handles removed-so could not be opened. The overhead light in the master shower was not working.

Great accommodations, great location, great overall vacation. Thanks to Chandler and Sheena for easy communication. He responded immediately to every text I sent. Condo was clean and ready to go. Beds were comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back

Nice condo

Nice condo on bottom floor, backs up to tennis courts. Everything has been updated, living/dining is open. Enough pots/pans. Two double beds in guest room was great for spreading kids out. Filtered water and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge were a nice touch!

Splendid Kiawah Getaway

We loved our stay here. The property is very well maintained, very clean and a great location. The villa is well stocked for all your needs. Short 10 min walk to the beach. We can’t wait to go back!
