1st Floor 1 BR 1 BA Windswept Villa for two (beds for up to 4 adults) on the ocean side of the street. NO PETS PERMITTED.
New for 2024 - Custom tile walk in shower!!
Updated kitchen includes Kraftmaid cabinets and granite countertops. Lots of new updates including Ethan Allen microfiber sofa, Lazy-boy swivel recliner, new paint throughout, new bathroom vanity with blue pearl granite counter, patio chairs, all new curtains, bedding, pillows, etc. Clean, fresh new feel to entire villa!
Amenities: Large living room with 50 in. widescreen smart TV, DVD and XFinity highspeed WIFI and cable TV. Bedroom with king bed with memory foam mattress, armoire, all linens provided. Full dining room. Queen size Murphy Bed sleeps additional 2 people on 10 in. memory foam mattress. Fully appointed kitchen. custom tile walk in shower, hair dryer. Separate toilet room. Laundry room with full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Hear the sounds of the ocean from the woodland view balcony. First floor villa with only 1 flight of stairs to the front door!
Steps to the middle of Kiawah's world famous 10 mile long sandy beach. Located on the ocean side of the street, across the street from Night Heron Park.

Brendan was very easy to communicate with on this rental. We enjoy the Windswept units for the location on Kiawah. The unit was very clean and the updates were nice. The bed was very comfortable as was the new recliner. We would highly recommend the unit for a couple or small family.

We were in town for a wedding and the condo was ideally located for the weekend wedding events. When we had time off during the day, nearby Night Heron Park provided a lovely outing for fresh air and a light lunch. We would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and well equips!

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was very comfortable and clean. The owners are great communicators and return messages fast. Recommended for couples since there is one bedroom, although there is a pull down bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals or snacks. Good supply of ice.

The unit was very comfortable, clean, reasonably priced and convenient. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. It’s a short walk to the beach and walkable to the Nest. Love the location. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

This small villa was perfect for our long weekend on Kiawah! It was super clean, well stocked, close parking, and easy access to the beach. Brendan was super responsive, friendly and flexible. Highly recommend!

Kiawah Island 🙏

We booked 2 nights at the last minute. The location to the beach was perfect and condo was walking distance also to a well stocked store. Check in was very easy . Owner Brendan was very quick to respond when I had a question about check in and our overall experience was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils , glasses ,Etc. Overall this was a very comfortable accommodation. We would not hesitate to rent here again
