After entering Casa La Paz to the right, you have the first bedroom equipped with a queen bed that sleeps 2. This bedroom also has 2 lounge chairs that are perfect for reading and enjoying your morning coffee. The room also has a sliding door that gives you a perfect view and access to the backyard. Past the kitchen you'll find the second bedroom. This bedroom has 2 queen beds that sleeps 4. It has a desk that can be used for many purposes. The third bedroom has a full-size bed that sleeps 2 with a view to the backyard and pool area. The bathroom is completely renovated with a state-of-the-art shower unit you will enjoy. Moving towards the outdoor living space, you have an outdoor dining table that sits 8. Easy access to the large pool and backyard. The backyard has a fire pit area perfect for relaxing and enjoying a nice cocktail. Outdoor games such as corn hole & connect 4 games are provided your entertainment. The pool area has 4 lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. In addition, you'll also have pool side patio furniture perfect for relaxation. Great location, with awesome private backyard oasis!

We used this property as a home base for attending spring training baseball games and for beach time. We found the location very convenient for our activities and comfortable for relaxing afterward. The interior of the home is nicely updated and furnished, but our favorite part of the property was the backyard. The owner was responsive and helpful in answering our questions and we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you

Vacationing in Florida

Thank you for letting us stay at your home. We had a fantastic time. The girls saw their first iguanas crossing the wires above the cabana. You have a very nice place and I would recommend it to anyone looking to book.

Cute Home perfect for a wedding weekend

House is very cute with all three bedrooms being comfy. There were spices in cabinets and coffee maker is a kcup. The location was perfect for us eith wedding activities on Palm Beach at Eau. The home is not in a gated community if that is what you are expecting. It was great for a weekend and host very responsive. I did need to skim the pool but it is Florida.

Buyers beware! Here's what we encountered.

Some key things are missing from the property description: 1) After looking for the second bathroom in the house, we discovered that it is outside, by the patio! There's no light, mirror, or air conditioning. 2) When we arrived the pool was dirty, complete with earthworms and dead frogs. Turns out it's only serviced once per week. Since we only stayed four nights, we essentially paid for a pool that we could not use as the cleaning service came in the middle of our stay. Bonus! We were not told that someone would be accessing the property while we were there. 3) The third bedroom is a ramshackle room with its own air conditioner right next to the bed! The sliding door right next to the bed is broken. It was patched up with a black garbage bag that was hidden behind the long curtain. This sad attempt to keep the bugs out of the room failed and we found earthworms on the floor. 4) The TV sound was terrible and garbled voices. The rest of the house was okay if you don't mind cracked light switches, peeling ceiling paint, and stains on the dining chairs. The house was well-staged for pictures, but it's clear that the owners are oblivious to the key details that make a stay pleasant.

The house was fine for our purposes.

We rented the house for our annual golf trip. The house was clean upon arrival. The bedrooms were plenty big. The coffee maker did not work the first morning but the owners responded quickly and we had a replacement that evening so their response was excellent. We would have liked a washer/dryer but knew that before we got there. The kitchen was well furnished and the fridge and freezer are full sized. If the pool was heated and there was a washer/dryer we have have booked again for next year.

Nice house and garden

It was a nice stay in Lantana. The house is beautiful with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, fitted kitchen and living room with flat screen. The garden is also very nice with pool, sunbeds and a lounge. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome Stay

We had a great time at Casa lapaz! The property was clean and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Our kids loved coming back from the beach and playing in the pool. There are beautiful beaches in every direction and a ton of activities for everyone. Joelly is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend Casa Lapaz to others looking to have a wonderful time in sunny Florida.

Christmas Holiday stay

The home was what we were looking for to be close to family that were in the area. Nice touches for the pet that was with us and also appreciated the inclusion of a decorated Christmas tree.
