Stylish contemporary home in Beverly Grove, in the heart of Los Angeles, between West Hollywood and bordering Beverly Hills. Spacious layout, floating staircase, gourmet kitchen. The entire home has a built-in water filtration system and reverse osmosis for drinking water via a separate spigot in the kitchen. Large Fleetwood doors seamlessly merge the indoor & outdoor living areas, featuring saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit & beautiful patio with lush landscaping. 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & 2 balconies. Sonos sound system is available when connecting to the Sonos app. Private driveway & laundry room provide convenience & security & the central HVAC ensures comfort year-round.

Welcome to our private and luxurious villa, located in the heart of Los Angeles. The villa is designed to perfection with a grand entrance, fireplaces in the living room and primary bedroom, and glass walls surrounding the floating staircase that has a dramatic chandelier for dramatic optics. The private driveway can fit two cars.

The villa has a total of five bedrooms, with four queen beds and one king bed. Upstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms and 2 have balconies. The central AC and heating are powered by two systems. The backyard features a saltwater pool and Jacuzzi that can be heated on request at no additional charge, a fire pit on the patio, a grill/BBQ, and a ping-pong table. You can stay connected with our free Wi-Fi.

Our exclusive management is provided by Nonpareil Stays and we pride ourselves on providing a seamless 5-star stay for all of our guests. Our personalized concierge service is at your disposal throughout your stay, and you'll receive Welcome Goodies upon arrival. Our two Co-Hosts, who are also SuperHosts, can take your experience to the next level with Concierge Service that includes wellness activities, transportation, personal chefs, and more, for a separate fee. Trust us to make your stay unforgettable.

Excellent group trip

We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. The pictures actually don't do it justice. The house was super open and perfect to stay with a group of friends. The hosts were super communicative and responsive to our questions. Having the pool and hot tub heated to the perfect temperature was also great with the gloomy LA weather as of late. Only downside was the office room downstairs, was not very ideal to sleep in while all the other rooms are upstairs and had a slight smell of dog. Nothing else bad to say though!

Take short stroll to 3rd street for yummy eateries and boutique shopping; Walk 20 minutes east to The Grove & Original Farmer's market for shopping, eating, and movies; or take a short 15-minute drive to Beverly Hills to see the sites. The beach cities are 30 minutes west.
