All the comforts of home with all the enjoyment of the beach. Spacious living with everything you need provided - just bring sunscreen!

Located in OCMD's best kept secret: Sunset Island - a gated community featuring a 3 private beaches, including a bayside tiki bar and restaurant, an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym, sauna, interactive fountains for the kids, a crabbing pier, walking/running trail, corner store, an Irish pub and plenty of scenic views! This is the perfect family getaway.

The house features high-speed WiFi and TV's in every room. Floats, chairs, and sand toys are all included, as well as towels, linens, and toiletries. Enjoy the oversized kitchen with two dining room tables and and a large island with additional seating. Your own generously sized fridge, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, and fully stocked housewares ensure you spend less time packing and more time enjoying your vacation!

Sunset Island's best!!

The owner was incredibly friendly and communicative. The rental has ALL of the amenities you could ant, games, beach chairs, pool and beach toys, including spices, Tupperwarestaples

Plenty of room for family & friends.

Very roomy. Fun playing board games And all eating together in well stocked kitchen. Outside porch with new comfortable chairs. Perfect with a glass of wine. 2 minute walk to the pool & beach area.

Everything about the house, and the owners care of us, could not have been better. The house was immaculate and had everything you could think of to make us feel at home. We were asked who our favorite musician was, and when we entered, my all time favorite was playing on Alexa. Everything about our stay, could not have been more perfect.

We love this place!

This was our 2nd year staying at this townhome. Sunset Island has become our favorite spot in OC, and this home is in the perfect location within it. It is a 1 minute walk to pool/fitness center/bay and 10 minutes to ocean. We love walking up to the market and to get ice cream and shop at the stores - 3-5 minute walk- everything is right there! Last year the house was rented through a company, but it seems the owners have taken over and it was way better! All the parking and pool passes were included. (We had to buy extras last year). The owners were super accommodating and it was great to be able to text them personally if we needed anything. The layout of the house is perfect for our family. This might seem like a small thing, but having two big tables is great for when you want a puzzle for the week, but also want to sit at a table together to eat dinner ;). We had just the right amount of space to spread out with 6 adults and 3 kids under 10. Overall, the house was clean and cared for and has even had some touches added from last year. Thanks Nicole and Eric for another wonderful stay!
