This home has been renovated to be a peaceful space for guests looking to explore Cincinnati. This home features spacious outdoor patio w/ movie projector & fire pit, Coleman Tahiti Plus 6 Person Hot Tub, modern pergola, porcelain tile bathrooms, kitchen w/ quartz countertops, 2 bedrooms, lightning fast 1 GB internet, and so much more. The home has two bedrooms on the second floor accessible by a flight of stairs and a sun room that serves as 3rd bedroom (no door to space but has two beds). Perfect for work or pleasure. The view was spectacular. The only complaint I had was that the hot tub didn’t get very hot, but it was a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was absolutely beautiful and it was exactly as listed, it was raining when we arrived so the room that branches off of the living room has a cool roof that sounded amazing in the rain, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for any kind of stay, the thermostat was digital so it was very easy to work to keep the house at a wonderful temperature...the upstairs bathroom was so very nice with a beautiful walk in shower, the backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the peace and quiet while lounging in the hot tub which was very nice, i do want to let other travelers know that if you plan to use the hot tub, right when you arrive at 4pm make sure to go and turn the temperature up on it asap because it takes a few hours for the hot tub to adjust to desired temp but if you do it when you arrive it will be nice and ready to chill in around 8pm that night!!!, the host was active and always ready to respond with any questions i had for him, Overall I give the property a 5 star rating and would rent again or recommend to friends!!

Beautiful views of the city, was about a 6 minute uber to the baseball game. There was plenty of parking, it was on a steep hill but it was fine. We didn't use the hot tub, or anything or really hang outside. Beds were clean, the 3rd bedroom is off the living room, with no door wasn't a problem for us just fyi. Overall, I would stay here again no issues!

There were a few minor issues.The third bedroom was in an open room off of the living room and didnt offer privacy for changing clothes or sleeping. The refrigerator and freezer weren't working right and we had to throw out food and ice cream. But overall the house was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for letting us know about the fridge. We purchased a new unit and now have this in the home for future guests to enjoy. I will also add a curtain to the sunroom to provide more privacy for that room. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

The outside area and hot tub were useable. There wad a lock on door to lower level to go outside. The coat closet at entry only had one broken sliding door which couldnt move and the closet had junk and what looked like broken bricks. I emailed immediately upon arrival asking about the outdoor area and I never got a response. The house hadnt been dusted but generally clean.

Great place to stay. The views of the city are amazing by day or night. Parking was interesting but not really an issue. You have to parallel park on the hill.

Great city view, Great location, quiet neighborhood, safe to walk at night, we were able to walk to Sawyer Point park to October fest,half hour walk,coming back was more difficult the hill the house is on, is a steep hill

Great stay! The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The only time we needed the car once we arrived was for a KY visit. The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the bathrooms. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Perfect setup for us

Had a few friends stay here with me because I flew into Cincinnati to visit old friends and the views and the setup in general was very nice. Location is great for enjoying Cincinnati and walking the whole time. Nothing like grilling with the Cinci skyline in the back.

Rooms with a view

I loved this place, it was cozy and perfect for a Cincinnati getaway. The location is walkable to so many good food & drink spots, and to the (free) train that can take you to even more. The view from the living room, balcony, and patio is amazing and the host is communicative. I'd definitely stay here again!

Kitchen was fully stocked. Bed rooms were big. Not very clean outside where the hot tub is. Has a lot of debris.
