Historic Single-Family Home in Downtown Cincinnati

Located in the historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, this private home is perfectly situated in the heart of Cincinnati's vibrant urban core. Steps away from Main and Vine streets, and all the shops, restaurants and breweries district has to offer. Walking distance to the Ziegler Park & Pool, Washington Park, Findlay Market, Music Hall and new FC Cincinnati Stadium, and a short Streetcar ride to the Business District and Bengals and Reds stadiums. Free street parking in front of house. Please note that the house is located in an urban setting and on a busy street which generates traffic noise. This may be the case even at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

This home was absolutely perfect for a girls’ trip! The location in OTR was ideal, close to great restaurants, bars, shopping, and everything we wanted to do. The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space for our group. We loved being able to walk to so many places and then come back to such a cozy place to relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a weekend getaway with friends!

Excellent location for walking to see the Reds play baseball as well as tons of other things. Host was super responsive and the house was lovely with super high ceilings - so spacious. Would stay here again.

The house was very clean. The host was easy to reach if you had questions. There was parking available on the street in front and on surrounding streets. The microwave is up pretty high if you are on the short side (just an FYI). We enjoyed our stay and the house was very convenient. There is some street noise, especially on weekend nights.

Overall it was a great stay! House was very pet friendly, host very responsive and helpful to all questions. The area itself just has some sketchy characters walk by. Other than that, it was exactly what we were looking for.

This is a well renovated house. There is plenty of space for 6 people. Everything is clean and comfortable. The water in the showers was not very hot, but I think the owner will adjust this after my reminder. He is very responsive.

We had the greatest time in Cincinnati and having this place as our HQ, was so perfect. So many supplies and amenities, it was really cozy. The neighborhood is so fun with everything within walking distance. Was a 12 outta 10...
