Great property with a very helpful host

Lucky to have have found this home for our family re-union. We had a comfortable stay for 5 days. The amenities are good and the location is convenient for day trips, hikes, etc.

We had a group of 9 adults and 3 kids, of varying age groups and had plenty of space to spread out. The location was excellent for us. Close to the airport and everything we wanted to see was drivable. It is Alaska, so expect longer drives to get places. There are amazing views all around, and plenty of windows to see them through. Kitchen and house were well stocked. The host made us feel so welcomed and was always just a text away. Honestly one of the best VRBO host and house experiences we have ever had!

Perfect Retreat for Our Family Gathering

We were in town for a wedding and had 13 guests (3 families). The house was spacious and had plenty of room for us to either spread out or get together and visit. The house had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a breeze!

Great vacation

House was plenty large enough for our group of 11 people. Nice large living room for gathering in the evenings, and comfortable bedrooms. We saw moose and bears on the roads close by, great place for wildlife. Beau was very responsive and great to work with.

Beautiful Views and Great House

This house has one of the best sunset views we have seen! Overlooking the water the sun continuously set for over 2 hours while we were there! The house was a beautiful home with plenty of space for all of us to fit!

The house had plenty of space for our large group. It was well stocked. The views were beautiful. Communication with Beau was excellent. Perfect for our needs, thank you for hosting!

Beautiful home

The house and location were great. We had a group of 9 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The view from the house was amazing. On a clear day, you have a awesome view of Cook Inlet and the snow covered mountains. Beau was quick to respond to any questions, and offered suggestions on dining and activities. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing Views, Amazing Home, Great Host!

Everything as described. Worked so well for our large family. Gave everyone space, yey we could get together. Loved the children's table! So many thoughtful details. Views were extraordinary, even for Alaska. We will not forget this trip or this home!

Nicely decorated large home accomodates multiple families. The house has three living levels, so different family units can spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. The view from the top level out over the city and bay are outstanding. The house is high on one of the hills surrounding Anchorage, in a transitional area between city streets and wilderness. During our visit a mama moose and her two calves were hanging out in adjoining yards.
