Beautiful updated home featuring cabin decor with a true "Alaskan Feel" Less than 10 minutes from airport. This 5 bed/ 3 bath home with outdoor hot tub is just over 2300 sq ft with all new upgrades in 2021.Upstairs features open kitchen & living and 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a 2nd living area. Heated garage with Pool Table and game table. Amazing deck perfect for large groups, with bar area, gas BBQ and gas fire pit. All guests must sign house rules/rental agreement and provide identification and payment information to host. We cater to clients. Let us know if there is something you need to make your stay more enjoyable!

Great place

We had a great stay here! The house is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. In-house laundry was a bonus. We spent most of our time site seeing but this was a great home base for a week!

We had a wonderful stay! Great size for large groups(we had 11) and very cozy. Lots of options in the kitchen if you are cooking/staying longer. The garage/game room was also heated which was fantastic. Only 10 minutes from the airport and most of Anchorage as well so super convenient, and 45 minutes from Alyeska. Host was very nice and helped us with any requests.

Enjoyed the house. Kids likes the game room, hot tub was a hit, and we liked that we could bring everyone together to watch a movie. Host was very accommodating

Not easy to find a home that will comfortably house fourteen people, but we lucked out! This home had everything you would need! A well stocked and spacious kitchen, three full sized bathrooms with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, a game room that entertained us on our only rainy day! Our host was easy to communicate with and very helpful! We loved our stay there and were all loathe to leave.

Wow!

This house had everything we needed for our work trip. Plenty of space, and a stocked kitchen! The beds were so comfortable! It’s beautiful and easy to get anywhere from the location.

The home was exactly as pictured in the website. Everything was clean and in good working order. The rooms were comfortable and a great amount of space for our family. The hot tub was amazing to relax in on the cold nights under the stars. Supplies in the kitchen were well stocked in addition to supplies for the laundry. Easy to check in and access. Very nice quiet neighborhood and pleasant stay for our family with kids. I recommend staying here.

Awesome Stay on Endicott

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The reservation, payment, communication with Tanya and checkout process were excellent. The home is great, kitchen and all the available equipment and accessories are excellent. Can’t beat three bedrooms with king beds! I recommend some additional hand towels and wash cloths be Available for all the bathrooms. Tanya was very quick to address a situation that came up, so it’s obvious she cares and is a great host.

This property is great for large families. Plenty of room to be together and make amazing memories but with plenty of space. Not suitable for parties or large gatherings.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Property near Kincaid Park, summer hiking, viewing, roller skating, and more. Winter sledding, skiing, playing in snow, hiking. You will most likely see a moose and maybe even a bear. We have had moose in the front yard many times. Once in the backyard when the gate was open a moose came right in.Near jewell Lake, rent Kayaks, swim, kids zip line, play area, BBQ areas, grassy areas, beach and more. Winter ice fishing is popular here. The end of the street is the inlet and can be seen clearly from street in winter.
