With amenities like a large, fenced back yard, furnished extra-large deck, outdoors firepit, and Wi-Fi, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy your Alaskan nights until the midnight sun at the fire pit or cozy-up next to the living room fireplace. This home is designed for small or larger groups and families. You will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen that is equipped with an abundance of cooking supplies for large groups.
We have accommodated several traveling sports/athletic teams with additional needs for larger groups. In the commons area, you will find an additional refrigerator and freezer to provide extra space for your groups or your favorite Alaskan catch! (Salmon, Halibut, Shrimp)
Within walking distance, you will find walking trails, playgrounds, outdoor ice-skating arena, basketball courts, baseball and football fields.
With a short 2-minute drive there are many grocery stores, local eats, and restaurants.

We loved the home. This home is more spacious and accommodating that the photos show. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck furniture while we BBQ'd on the grill and enjoyed a night at the firepit. If we visit Alaska again, we will be booking this home again.

Thank you for the review Tristen. We are happy that you and your guests loved the home. Oh yes, the week Anchorage had it extreme heat wave, definitely something we aren't used to. I'm glad the fans helped with cooling the house while the temperatures were abnormally high in the 80's .

Hi - We are happy to hear that you had a good stay at the Kindred house. The sprinkler system is definitely bold, this winter the house will be converted to an assisted living home and the State of Alaska requires sprinkler systems in those homes. Just thought I would relay why the house does have the extra level of safety.

The house was freshly cleaned. The house was fully stocked of everything we needed for the kitchen and BBQing. My family and I enjoyed the large hangout spaces outside and even used the firepit for a fun bonfire. Crystal was extremely helpful with local recommendations and was quick to respond. We really loved our visit to Alaska and got lucky was amazing weather.

This property is amazing. Way UNDER RATED! This is a hidden gem. Very clean. Interior is all new. Huge deck with great seating area and fire pit. Great outdoor lighting. Furniture is new. Beds were amazing. Kitchen was fully furnished and ready for use. Great place. We highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. The online pictures truly do not do this place justice, it is even more beautiful and spacious in person. We really enjoyed the large deck with the patio furniture and even enjoyed a fun bonfire night at the firepit. The home was super clean and felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was seamless. They were incredibly helpful and replied to our messages almost instantly. Look no further if you want a perfect, stress-free stay!

This house was awesome I had a group of ten we were traveling to Anchorage for a cruise we had a 3-day layover before our cruise and this house and everything we needed. The host communication was awesome as well I would definitely book it if you need a larger property
