THE VIEW
A316 faces North over Breakwater way and has a sensational ocean view to the west from your balcony and it is mere minutes to get down to the beach. Enjoy the ocean waves as you drink your morning coffee at the balcony bar or take in the picturesque coastal sunsets in the evening.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is newly remodeled and features quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry, and comes stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining area has seating for 6 people with 2 additional spots at the bar for younger guests and quick bites.
LIVING AREAS
The living area is furnished and provides enough seating for 6 with a large and comfortable sofa sectional with a large ottoman. Perfect for propping your feet up and relaxing at the end of a long day in the waves. There is also a large 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV in the living room that you can use to log in and stream your favorite shows. The TV is also equipped with a cable package with 250+ channels including free of charge. The fireplace is fully functional and available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.
The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath features a tub/shower combination and has a separate vanity area in the hallway. The guest bath is ensuite and features a walk-in shower.
SLEEPING
A316 comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite has a comfortable King size bed with a new Coppertek cooling hybrid mattress as well as a 40-inch Smart TV and an adjustable height desk for those needing a space to do work or school while away. The second bedroom also has a flat-screen Smart TV and features a queen bed and a bunk bed with 2 twins to fit a variety of sleeping arrangements without sacrificing space. There is also a walk-in closet in the 2nd bedroom.
**PLEASE NOTE there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell, we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.

Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
Step outside to explore the charm of Oceanside. North Coast Village is within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Pier and the vibrant Oceanside Harbor.
