The condo was beautiful. The updates to the property considering the age were tasteful. We loved the extended family room. It housed my family perfectly. The kitchen could have used several updates to the cooking contents, but we made it work. My suggestions are to provide better cuttery, updated crockpot, better baking untensils and maybe an air fryer. Just food for thought. Over all we loved our stay. Thank you, Carolyn DuMont

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids) loved our stay! This unit has an amazing location on the beach, and it is well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable trip with family or friends. We rented bikes to get around Wild Dunes, but spent most of our time on the beautiful beach right outside the back door. We would definitely return!

Condo was perfect! Was clean & exactly as listed. Easy beach access & great location. Loved taking walks on the beach & in the Wild Dunes community. Very nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Also loved the bed swing.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house and would absolutely book it again. The highlight is the incredible ocean view—from the living room, primary bedroom, and especially the balcony, we could see and hear the waves all day long. Watching the sunrise over the water each morning was worth the trip by itself.The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the open living area made it easy to relax together after a day at the beach.Beach access was quick and convenient, and we loved being able to walk back and forth throughout the day. The outdoor seating area was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks while enjoying the ocean breeze.The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable beach house with a spectacular ocean view and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Great location with wonderful view of the ocean, nice condo. Our favorite thing about the condo is that you walk out the back door right to beach. Property owner/manager was very responsive.

Beautiful ocean front villa… only steps to beach and pool. Loved this unspoiled stretch of beach at further end of Wild Dunes. Loved everything about this rental and was perfect for our family for the long holiday weekend.

Beautiful view. Nicely furnished. Only complaint is that condo needs thorough deep clean—drapes/walls/carpet/baseboards etc. Could definitely tell condo has been used for short term rentals all summer. Overall, nice stay. Would stay here again

Great property

This was a great place to stay! The location was close to the beach. It was clean and a great set up inside the condo. The property manager was very communicative and we’d definitely stay again!

Everything was great and suited our needs perfectly. Each bedroom was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and had more service items than is typical in a rental. The best part was the ocean view and the enclosed porch area which amplified the view and experience. This place is on our short list for future trips to Wild Dunes.

Beachfront

The proximity to the beach is amazing! No need to pack a cooler just walk back to the house. Location was easy to get to and house felt very comfortable. Everything you need for a great vacation!

We had a great time, and the view from the living area was amazing; BUT…..IT IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! Living area ceiling leaks, got into bags and all had to be washed. Stains on floor, chipped vanities, had to wiggle flusher on main level toilet every use, strange blue spray on bathroom door, no broom or vacuum to help with sand during stay, very few towels, no hand soap, cheapest of anything supplied (especially kitchen). Keep in mind, the balcony is off the master, so it is not great for everyone to enjoy and the main entrance is shared, not private, and very dirty. We did love the area and resort, but we certainly felt duped on a lot of levels regarding this villa. This property is an 8 at best. I am so not trying to be ugly, just don’t want anyone else to be out that kind of money for this unit. And these things were manageable, so I did not say anything during our stay, because I didn’t want my beach vacation to turn into a construction site or cleaning spree. I hope this review helps any travelers and I also hope it helps this unit reach its potential.

Great location on IOP beach

We had a great stay at Beach Club Villa. The property is newly renovated and is super close to the beach. The view from the second floor master BR patio is unreal. Truly a million dollar view! Very clean. The beds were very comfortable too. We slept great. We definitely hope to return.

This was a great condo! Lots of room for everyone! It looked like the water was coming right into the living room. Steps out the front door to the beach! We will for sure be back!

Beachfront fun

Bright, comfortable beachfront condo with beautiful views. Comfy beds. Cheerful furnishings. Easy walk to beach and pool. Plenty of room for our multi generational family. Only deck is off primary bedroom.

Beach front perfect

Great beach front location. The unit is generally well equipped but a couple of suggestions: replace the dirty stained sea grass rugs, and replace the mixed bar glasses with complete matching ones including champagne glasses. We will be back for sure.

50th Family Vacation

Enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean from the house, and the very short walk to the lovely beach. Kids also liked the short walk to the pool. In our four day stay, we played in the ocean until about 3:00 and then went to Charleston where all 16 of us, enjoyed ferrying to Fort Sumter, a historical carriage ride, a graveyard ghost tour, a Schooner Pride sunset sail and shark fishing. It was delightful for every age.
