NOTE: This is a Split-Level Home. There are no interior stair connections between the upper and lower levels; stairs are accessed externally.

On the ground floor, accessible solely from the pool area, discover a separate space ideal for extended families or groups seeking privacy. This level features its own indoor bar and theater room, just steps away from the pool—an irresistible spot you won't want to leave. Additionally, find a bedroom with 2 Queen-sized beds and a full bathroom on this level.

Angler and Ale boasts a sizable private pool and a personal dock with space for up to 60' of dockage. Perfectly situated, this home caters to beach lovers and boating enthusiasts alike, allowing for quick access to the open ocean. Fishermen will appreciate the amenities like the commercial ice maker, bait freezer, and fish cleaning table. With ample parking space including room for multiple cars and a boat trailer, convenience is ensured for all guests.

••• 2nd Level of the Split-Level Home:

The primary level of this home, situated on the 2nd floor, presents a spacious great room with ample seating for everyone's enjoyment. On one side of the great room lies the Master Suite, boasting a King-sized bed and a generous soaking tub within the en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side, you'll find two guest rooms—one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with two Full-sized beds. A screened porch at the rear of the house ensures comfort during balmy Florida Keys evenings.


••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

Wonderful!

The house was spacious with many great features. The "theater" was great for a rainy day and the ping pong table and pizza oven were nice surprises! Great location for boating and a short walk to the beach!

THE ANGLER AND ALE WAS A VERY NICE PLACE

The Coco Plum personnel were great. We had a problem with the hot tub draining over and over again. We called Coco Plum and they got the pool company out to fix the issue. That was our only issue. The check in and check out process was great. The house was great. All ten of us enjoyed our stay at Angler and Ale.

Beautiful and great location

Booking the house was quick and easy. The house was available on time and in a great location. There were not beach towels available when we arrived like stated online, but management brought some the very next day. Overall, we loved the house and our stay and hope to be back in the future.

Just Awesome!!

Property was as advertised. Laid out well for our group of 10. Excellent location near Sombrero Beach, Publix, boat ramps, etc... Plenty of parking for our vehicles and boat trailer. Made for an awesome trip!!! Spa controls a little tricky...
