This house is our new favorite rental in KCB. It is incredibly clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. Huge pool and dock. Great bedroom layout with privacy for everyone. We enjoyed the grill, bikes, dock, and bait table in the backyard. A great feature for the keys is that this house is one level with no steps at all. No dragging groceries and luggage up and down stairs. Quick walk to sunset park and short no wake zone to Vaca Cut for access to the Atlantic and the Gulf of America. Host was also on point. Great communication!

This property was outstanding. it was not over cluttered, it was very clean and had everything you needed. The host, Ms. Bette, was easy to contact and was always a text away. The pool, fish cleaning table, dock and outdoor area was super nice. If it had an outdoor kitchen set-up with a gazebo and/or shade and sink, it would be perfect! :):) The AC was great, however the master bedroom was a little warm, but with the ceiling fan and floor fan, it was fine. We will stay again, if it works out!

Winter getaway

Great place to stay. It had everything you need and was very comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking bike riding and has three restaurants in gated community. The owner communicated regularly and we will stay again. Loved it!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay in KCB at this wonderful home! It was even more beautiful than the pictures and had everything we needed and more. We relaxed by the pool, went for long walks and enjoyed Sunset Beach in the evening. The owners were very easy to communicate with as well. We hope to make it back next year!!

Great house with lots of room for all of us!! The pool was awesome and really enjoyed the entire time here!! Bette was alwsys there when we needed her-- just little things---nothing drastic! The house has everything you need for your stay!!

What a great experience

Check-in was great owner of property was wonderful to deal with. Master bedroom bed was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time took a picture of the brand so I can buy one for my own home. Kitchen was well appointed Pool was great, dock was great one morning I fished in my pajamas, would definitely recommend this to everybody

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the owner. The house is maintained, well stocked, comfortable and clean. The owner is committed to making sure that your trip is a good one. We had a great week at the property, pool and on the water. Will definitely stay again. A+

Great vacation

We were here for 2 weeks. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Bette stayed in touch a couple of times to see how things were going. Great host and communication. Will rent again. Nice new dock for our boat.

Great house, Great time

We were a mixture of adults and teen agers. One of our boats had mechanical porblems but we made the best of it and had a great time. Communications with Betty were quick and easy. Will definitely visit again.

Best vacation rental!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house is so much bigger than it looks. The kitchen and living area are a great size. Out back is an amazing place to relax. Don't miss out on going to the Club to enjoy the pool, beach, and bar! It's a great perk that comes with the house. Key Colony is a wonderful place to stay in Marathon Key.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was great, just perfect for our two families, including four teenagers. We enjoyed the pool and the dock worked perfectly for our boat. Bette, our host, was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Beyond expectations!

Wonderful experience. House was amazing, pool was fantastic. Sits on a canal with a great view. Nearby bars and restaurants, just a quick drive or even walk. We did the sunset at the beach just a 5 minute walk away. Exceptional! We normally try not to revisit somewhere we have been, but this place may be hard to pass up.
