This Fabulous 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath house has everything you need in order to experience a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in the Fabulous Florida Keys. Located in the heart of the Marathon, WAHOO! offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It has a beautiful outdoor pool with a Tiki hut and 2 outdoor covered porch areas. Both the indoor and outdoor areas overlook the canal. WAHOO! has open living room-Kitchen which is ideal for big families (sleeps 10 comfortably).Covered Porch with outdoor kitchen includes sink, 32" gas grill, under counter refrigerator and ice maker all this looks down on the amazing pool area. There is a commercial ice maker and freezer in the garage.


WAHOO! is also ideal for fisherman. Owner of property has a boat stored on lift. The deep water-100' dock (capable of handling 1-36' boat) has a 30-amp shore-power plug, Killer dock fish cleaning table with 2 spigots, sink, canopy covered with overhead light.

Minimum night stay is 7 days arrival Saturday and departure the following Saturday

Guests will have access to 2 Kayaks.

WAHOO! also has plenty of parking space (Trailers welcome) for your family and guests, and is conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie and Local restaurants. We have 1camera (RING) at the front door.

This property is everything as described and then some. Very convenient for boaters - easy to load boat without lugging equipment far, plenty of ice available, cleanup made easy. After enjoying a week, the only thing I would change is to book this amazing place for two weeks on our next trip to the Keys. Thank you Tim!

Great stay, house was perfect with 3 king size beds for couples. Close to restaurants & only an hour from downtown Key West. Our adult children & little grandkids loved the pools and turtle & dolphin attractions close by. Definitely recommend this house.

This home is very spacious and comfortable. The outside sitting area and pool area are great for enjoying time with a group. The home is well stocked with everything you need to grill or cook in the kitchen. This was our first visit to the keys and Marathon is a great location to explore all the keys.

We recently stayed a week at Wahoo. The house, the amenities, the area, and the host are all fantastic. In the wife's words " I've never been in a vacation house that is as well stocked". From the kitchen to the comfortable outside area, you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Tim for the great week!

Great house and grounds, well kept. A ton of space for our mixed group with adult children. Host was super easy to communicate with. And of course we love the location in the Sombero Beach area and we’re easily able to boat from the canal.

Incredible Trip!

House was perfect for 8 guest, we all loved the house and everything it had to offer. Incredible trip and we will be staying at Wahoo for our next Marathon stay again! Highly recommend!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautuful and has plenty of amenities. The kids loved the downstairs game room and the dock space was perfect for our boat. The host, Tim, was quick to respond to our questions and he was very helpful.

Super place

Has everything you need to entertain right on location, we love to fish and it was a little bit of a ride from the house to the ocean by boat but the accommodations were perfect for 4 couples never crowded on space, overall very nice, 9 out of 10 easily

We had a wonderful Christmas week stay at Wahoo. It was your first time visiting the Keys. Tim was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is spacious, well stocked kitchen, and the outdoor space was simply amazing. We enjoyed days by the pool relaxing or playing outdoor games and evenings on the outdoor kitchen deck was a huge hit. We even saw manatees in the canal. Definitely recommend Tim's place and hoping to return.

Our home sits in the Sombrero community with the highschool and college within few blocks. We are convinced this home sits in one of the safest areas throughout the keys. The beach is within walking distance from our house.

Our property in comparison has the largest rear backyard- canal area with many features to enjoy. 3- covered outdoor areas to relax and sit back as you breathe in the salty sea breeze.
The house and property just was updated within the past year and half.
