Vallarta Sunset

House provides an excellent location to enjoy Sunrise and Sunsets from the pool or balconies, great community and amenities, outstanding service by Raquel our property manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. All the staff was very courteous and polite, we felt very welcomed and comfortable which is a big plus for a big group, we will definitely come back!

Serene Paradise

We had an amazing stay at your house. Beautiful waking up on the ocean every morning and very peaceful setting. Love the infinity pool dropping off towards the ocean. Everyone in our group really enjoyed the house. The concierge, Manuel, providing top notch service. He made himself very available when needed and went above and beyond. He and Monica decorated the living room prior to our arrival for a guest special birthday. It was pretty special. Highly recommend this house and location.

Gorgeous property

The house was great. Hot water was hit and miss. Hot tub did not work. Concierge service was poor. several things were never answered. The house staff maid,chef and helper were great.

Fell short of expectations

Beautiful villa, however it is very secluded. Many of the amenities such as ice machine, hot tub, air conditioners were not working. AC unit flooded in master suite and I had a nasty fall. Mosquito infestation in master suite as well. Our family was eaten alive unfortunately.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

Truly, the listing does not do this home justice. We are literally in tears leaving. The home is beautiful and perfectly clean. The living areas were spacious and well appointed. We used the pool table, gambling table and giant TV only when watching the “March Madness”. The best parts of the home were the outdoor living areas. We had the grand indoor/outdoor living room doors open almost the entire stay. The pool lounge chairs were very comfortable. The infinity pool and hot tub were the best. The hot tub WAS working during our stay. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the waves crash just below the infinity pool area. A taxi or uber to anywhere was easy. The lovely cleaning lady and concierge went above any expectations - they helped by cleaning every other day and delivering groceries and drinks. Recommendations by the concierge for dining and fishing were all excellent. The on property restaurant had delicious food and drink that matched a 5 star restaurant in the states - service was efficient as well. The only slightly negative comment I have was a bit of a sewer odor in bathrooms. But that will not deter us returning. WE WILL RETURN!

Spacious, well-appointed private house in a gated community

This house was perfect for our extended family group of 9 people; 3 couples and 3 kids ranging in age from 6 - 12. The private pool and hottub were great since the beach immediately in front of the house was rocky, though there were swimming and wading beaches within 100 yards of our house. There is a good restaurant in the development, and we also enjoyed the spa. The house itself was very spacious with plenty of room for alone time and family time. Every room had a TV, and the billiard table and poker table provided additional indoor activity. There was ac throughout the house, but we rarely used it as there was a lovely breeze when the windows and doors were open. We had a few problems with hot water and a water pipe that burst under the house, however those were quickly resolved by a very responsive property manager, Raquel. Both she and Noe were very helpful!!! The only criticisms were that there was often a sewer smell that permeated the master bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. It seems that the sewer system seems very close by. Opening all the windows and doors helped. Secondly, the machinery that heats the pool and hottub is located just outside that same master bedroom and bath. It often drowned out the sound of the crashing waves. After mentioning this to the managers, they were able to change the timing so that it was silent during the night when we were trying to sleep. All in all, it was a lovely house in a great and safe location; perfect for our family
