We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was great from beginning to end. The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Our hosts were amazing—excellent with communication, always helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others!

We had a fantastic stay - Our host was perfect - She was easy to communicate with and very helpful - The accommodations and amenities were amazing - Everything we hoped for - I would recommend this as a place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience hosting this guest during their 10-day stay. Communication was excellent throughout, they followed all house rules, and left the property in excellent condition. We would be very happy to host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts.

This condo was absolutely lovely! The amenities were fantastic and beautiful (gym, two pools, lobby bar). Even more lovely was the owner Elma, she could not do enough for us. The location is great and easily walkable into Bucerias. I would definitely stay in this condo again it was terrific! You will not be disappointed.

The ComplexThe Bantay is a beautiful new oceanside complex towards the north end of Bucerias filled with all of the normal modern amenities. Our group consisted of 3 generations with everyone finding lots of entertaining things to do for relaxation on site in the sun or the shade. The kids activity room, the games tables and the two pool facilities provided an abundance of wonderful common areas for activities together as well as places to enjoy some peace and quiet. The restaurant and bar facilities provided great service and everything you need for a casual pampered feeling while relaxing by the pool and watching the whales play in the Bay or reading a book.The CondoThe condo unit was very clean, fresh and well stocked with all of the items necessary to make visitors feel at home. The decorating is modern and the furniture comfortable with obvious attention to making the space both livable and attractive. The linens were new and the beds were comfortable. Everything was well prepared before our arrival and is being well maintained/serviced. The HostElma is a super host who did everything one could hope from start to finish in terms of making our family vacation an enjoyable one. She is extremely professional, a great resource in terms of area knowledge and was very responsive to all of our requests.Overall, our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. An absolutely comfortable place to stay and a wonderful vacation experience. Look forward to returning again!!

It was truly a pleasure hosting this guest and their group family for their 7-night stay. From the very beginning, communication was smooth, friendly, and easy. They were respectful of the house rules and took wonderful care of the property throughout their visit. When they checked out, the home was left exceptionally clean and well organized, which we sincerely appreciate. It’s always such a gift to host guests who treat your home with the same care and consideration as their own. Everything about their stay was positive, and we would not hesitate for a second to welcome them back anytime. We highly recommend them to any host — they are truly five-star guests!
