The rates include ALL taxes and cleaning fees. we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away! Touchless and Keyless entry so you can go right to our condo with no front desk lines.

Please treat yourself to everything that our condo and Beach Cove have to offer, you won't regret it!

There are tons to do here onsite! Within walking distance to many local restaurants (Hamburger Joes has amazing hamburgers and wing specials) as well as Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, and Alabama Theater. Many championship golf courses are a short drive away!

Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, and enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do! We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Note: You will not have access to the Indoor Bar/Game Room area.

Tower C parking area will be closed until further notice in order for C&G Construction to mobilize for the final phase of the roof/gable project.

These repairs will not affect access to the units or balconies.

A-Tower Spa Closure - In order to repair concrete around the spa, it will be closed for use commencing Thursday, January 2nd.

Oceanfront beautiful condo

Enjoyed our stay. Just as pictured. Beautiful view of Sunrise and beach. Great amenities. Staff very nice.

Construction-loud Pools closed

The place is beautiful as describe. Had to get a couple of things fixed in the room. Lights in bedroom. Pots and pans in kitchen. Had 1small spoon. They brought and fixed all of this. There was loud construction that was not stated in Vrbo or Big fish that was actually the place you rent from. No nap during this construction. Bang bang bang all day. Only one elevator for each tower. Took forever to go up or down. Not mentioned while booking. Some pools closed and lazy river. Not relaxing with all the bang bang bang there neither. Not mentioned in booking. Was definitely not the vacation I was looking forward to. if all of this was stated I would have definitely not have stayed here. Trying to get a refund is like taking candy from a child. Looks like that is not happening after 3 calls. This is a beautiful place and I have been going here off and on over 15 years. Butt they should tell you on Vrbo and Big-fish all of this is going on before booking.

Great View

Loved the view with the corner window. One of the beds was not very comfortable. The couch also was not comfortable. There was no dishwasher in this unit. Was very well equiped with kitchen items for cooking and eating. Would try to rent again if there is updates.

Almost really good

Rented this room based on pictures on VRBO. Friends stay here annually; since we joined them we figured to stay in the same building. Chose a corner room to get sunrise/beach views. For that, it worked great, as long as we were on the deck. The beautiful window (in the pics) was so speckled/dirty that we couldn’t enjoy the view through it. I asked for a squeegee to clean the window myself, but management said none are available. Weather was cool, so we wanted to have the deck door open to get fresh air. The renters agreement says not to keep the door open for long- something about the AC. Since the AC was not needed we thought the door could be open, and asked management, who stated we should not do so. Bummer. Lots of “you can’t do this, you can’t do that“ with this place. The overwhelming emails all contained so many warnings about the things we weren’t to do, that it took away from the top-of-the-world experience. The suite itself is fine, basically a clean comfortable place to stay. Nice, not fancy, and definitely showing its age, but we wanted the view- that’s why we chose this unit. Having to go outside for the view, but then not being able to keep the door open, was a general nuisance that should be avoided with a little window cleaning and common sense about the AC. Speaking of cleaning, there’s a huge cleaning fee, and then WE have to make sure many things are ready for the next renter (per the emails). It’s just 2 of us, we barely used the place (out doing things), so they’re getting big money for wiping down the bathroom, making beds and vacuuming- maybe an hour’s work. We even had to take out the trash! There weren’t many people staying, but we definitely could hear our neighbors slamming doors and partying at different times. Not terribly annoying, but not peacefully serene. Early morning construction was annoying; luckily we’re not late sleepers. As far as the whole building, it’s okay- probably better mid-season when everything is open (pools/hottub/bars). Good location, nice beach, restaurant. Looking at condition: it’s okay- not incredibly clean (halls/stairs/elevators), could use some maintenance (some going on while we were there). If you’re in the building trade, you’ll see a lot of room for improvement. Overall this whole rental is okay. Could be really good, without the negative management (warnings/fees/no-no’s) and some attention to the main attraction (view/window), and maybe a little building cleanup.
