THE CONDO
Welcome to “Megan`s Cove,” your stunning 12th-floor beachfront escape! Step into a bright, sun-drenched condo where panoramic views of the beautiful coastline greet you the moment you arrive. This gorgeous end-unit is the perfect getaway for a small family or group seeking sun, sand, and relaxation.

The open-concept living area features comfortable seating for four, a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, and a 43” Smart TV. The space flows into a well-stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare a homemade meal.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all essential cookware and granite countertops.

Retreat to the main bedroom, which offers two luxurious queen-size memory foam beds and a 55” Samsung Smart TV. Room-darkening shades ensure a restful night`s sleep, and two spacious closets provide ample storage.

The full bathroom is equipped with a double vanity, a shower/tub combination, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Your private balcony is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, furnished with four cozy chairs and offering breathtaking views of the resort pools and the sparkling ocean.

THE RESORT
Guests have full, private access to the entire condo unit. Arrival is simple with self-check-in using a keypad, allowing you to bypass the front desk and start your vacation immediately.

GETTING AROUND
The condo`s prime location makes getting around a breeze. Many attractions, shops, and restaurants are just a short walk or drive away. For those flying in, Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is a convenient 16-mile drive from the resort.

Unit Location: This is a 12th-floor unit located in Tower B of the Beach Cove Resort.
- Host Contact: The resort`s front desk is not associated with your stay. Please direct all questions to us, your hosts, so we can promptly assist you.
- Amenity Restrictions: Please note that the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are reserved for resort owners and are not accessible to our guests.
- Rental Agreement: To finalize your booking, you must consent to our Rental Agreement by paying the non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver within one hour of making your reservation. This covers you for up to $1,000 in reported accidental damages and eliminates the need for a large security deposit.

- No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV`s allowed on the resort premises.

We provide starter essentials only and all replacement items will be the guests responsibility. Towels and linens are not replaced by the host during their stay, but can be refreshed at the (in-building laundry area)

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
