This stylish downtown apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort, with exposed brick from its 1920s origins as the Lexington Motor Company. Large windows brighten the space and frame views of downtown and the Blue Ridge Mountains. With two king bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen and 1 private parking space, it’s designed for comfort and convenience. Elevator access makes it ideal for guests with accessibility needs. We happily welcome your four-legged friends with a pet fee!

✅ Guests are provided with 1 parking space in the private parking garage. Additional vehicles should use public parking.
🚗 Additional Public Parking Options Nearby:
✅ Free Street Parking – Available throughout downtown Lexington. Free for up to 2 hours until 6 PM. Overnight parking is allowed unless otherwise posted.
✅Jefferson Street Public Parking Lot – 3-hour parking limit on weekdays until 6 PM. Free on weekends and overnight parking is allowed.
✅ Randolph Street Public Parking Lot – 3-hour parking limit on weekdays until 6 PM. Free on weekends and overnight parking is allowed.
✅ Courthouse Parking Garage – Free all-day parking. Overnight parking is not permitted.
✅ Vehicles can be parked over the weekend at H&J Tire which is diagonal from the building at the corner of Randolph Street & Nelson Street.

- Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping your noise level low, especially after 10pm.
- When leaving the house, please turn off lights to conserve energy.
- If an item is broken or damaged, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- Please be respectful of the space and treat it with care. We want to ensure that all our guests arrive to a clean, happy, and inviting space!
