Thank you for your review and for mentioning the beach view—we’re glad you were able to enjoy that part of your stay. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the unit and common areas did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness and guest comfort are priorities for us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your comments regarding the odor, hallway, and tile condition have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for additional attention. We also appreciate your feedback about the seating, as guest input helps us identify where improvements can be made. Thank you again for staying with us and for providing valuable feedback. We are always working to improve the guest experience and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay. Sincerely, Corey Shaw General Manager

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you found the room nice and clean. Sorry to hear about the mix-up with the bedroom and the coffee maker — we wish we’d had the chance to fix that during your stay. We also appreciate the note about parking and will keep that in mind. Thank you for your detailed and positive review! I'm thrilled to hear that you and your husband, along with your dogs, had a great two-week stay in April 2024. It's fantastic that you found the condo clean, the bed comfortable, and appreciated the cleanliness and fresh smell despite having pets. I'm glad the hot water and shower pressure met your expectations and that you enjoyed a quiet and respectful atmosphere at the resort.

Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location and had a smooth check-in experience.
