This one bedroom one bath standalone house is in a very quiet neighborhood in southwest Reno. The backyard is fully fenced so feel free to bring your furry friends. Private parking for one vehicle adjacent to the house. Across the street
you'll find a small park ideal for pets or kids. Only four miles or 11 minutes from the airport and three miles for six minutes from Interstate 80 access at West McCarran Blvd. If you're in the area for skiing you are 35 minutes away from
Mount Rose, 50 minutes from Squaw Valley, and 65 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. If you're in Reno just relax or visit family the fenced backyard is ideal for our pets and comes equipped with a gas BBQ. I think you'll find this house the
ideal location for a quiet getaway, yet close enough to all that Reno and the Truckee meadows has to offer. Guests often commit on how quiet the neighborhood is. Just pack your clothes as the house has is fully stocked.
Events are allowed case by case.

The property was very clean and Bart the owner was very accommodating and communicative. The property is in a very nice and beautiful neighborhood. The enclosed yard was very convenient for my dog and we both enjoyed how close the property was to the wonderful Mayberry park river spot and Rancho San Rafael Park and Idlewild Park.The daily rate was reasonable I would definitely stay again.

The elm leaf beetle is transiting the area right now. Those are the bugs that he saw. Since they transit the area spray does no good

This cozy bungalow is located down the long driveway behind the main house which can be rented out as well. I initially wanted to stay here because of the location and being next to the walking paths in Caughlin Ranch/Juniper Hills. The bungalow is extremely quiet and peaceful. The family friendly neighborhood is lovely! It is very pet-friendly with gated areas for your pet and there is a small grassy park next to the house. Bart was quick to communicate with me and answer my questions. I enjoyed it so much that I booked the house in front of the bungalow for my next visit in Reno.

Perfect for dogs

Beautiful neighborhood. Felt absolutely safe walking dog. Great location in Reno. Highly recommend for low key spot to land in between outings.

Great Location, Smooth Stay

The location is centrally located - very close to a grocery store and just a short drive downtown. The place could do with a bit of a deeper clean but we didn’t spend much time hanging out so not a huge issue.

Reasonably Priced and Comfortable

This unit is far from fancy, but it definitely served its purpose. It’s in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We were comfortable, and will probably stay here again in the future.

Peaceful and relaxing. Clean bungalow with all the amenities needed. Sat outside a lot of the time on chairs we travel with listening to the leaves rustling in the trees surrounding the front. Two other bungalows had barbecues but ours didn’t which was disappointing as it was listed in the property description.

This spot serves its purpose. Close to Downtown Close to Major Highways Close to several Major retailers. Older property but well maintain with all you would need to enjoy your stay. Even has a washer dryer Will return. Thanks for Hosting
