Property owners were very nice and welcoming. They were onsite during our checkin and walked through everything with us and made sure we knew about everything we needed to know about. Very calm and relaxing neighborhood, our family really enjoyed staying here for a week

Absolutely perfect week. Beautiful home with lots of room for our family gathering. Everyone enjoyed the pool!! Great location. The owner was so nice and responsive. All 5 of the bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Really just perfect!

Amazing and Memorable stay. My family had the pleasure of enjoying this house for 6 nights and it was so hard to leave. We enjoyed the homes coziness, the pool table, pool, spa and all the areas to gather. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and to get coffee. Thank you Felix and Donna for being great hosts.

Kara, thank you for the kind comments. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay at our Brick home and your time in the “Sunshine City”. I believe St. Petersburg has so much to offer. Some families / guests seem to enjoy our home to the point they don’t leave LOL.

We had a wonderful time just hanging out around the pool. If you wondered off, you tended to get lost. Awesome property.

The Brick House Rocks!

My family had the best time in this property. So much character and fun throughout the home including a great kitchen, bar, game room, pool/spa, and chipping/putting green. Felix and Donna are amazing hosts. They came over to show us how to use all the great tech gadgets. There was an issue with the spa heat pump and they had it fixed in no time. Highly recommend this property if you have a big group and want to be close to downtown St Pete!

Wonderful week in a dreamy house!!

We spent the week in this gorgeous home and it was hard to leave! The owners, who were very communicative both before and during our trip, were super gracious and accommodating. And this house has it all!! From the resort feel of the pool, hot tub, expansive veranda and putting green to the super comfortable beds, fun game room and kitchen stocked w anything you need…we had a blast gathering w family and friends. Also a great location though we didn’t go out as much as we typically do bc we didn’t want to leave this comfortable slice of paradise! Highly recommend if you are looking for a resort type feel w all the comforts and luxury of a well appointed home. Cannot beat this St. Pete beauty!!
