Amazing view, property was really clean with newer furniture. Hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating.

Such an amazing stay! Great location and wonderful house. Felix is also very good at communicating and making sure guest’s needs are met. 10/10 and will hopefully be back again!

Wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well maintained, and the view was even better than the photos. It was comfortable, well-stocked, and in a perfect location. The host was responsive and welcoming, making everything seamless. We’d gladly stay again!

Wonderful stay - highly recommend this property for gathering friends or family! We had 3 generations under one roof and this home provided space for all to be together (and to spend time separately). The host was responsive to our needs and incredibly helpful and gracious - providing restaurant recommendations and other local advice! One of our best rental experiences!

The view and patio are truly breathtaking and we spent every night eating outside, which was wonderful. Neighborhood is absolutely amazing and a quick drive to old town, aquatic complex, and 4th Ave corridor that has Target and Whole Foods.There is lots of space for guests, and the amenities (TVs, little things like detergent, dishwasher tablets, washer dryer, updated kitchen with ample utensils and plates) were top notch.Landlord is very reachable and responsive. Will definitely book again!

The Host was very responsive to our requests. The home was very clean, well furnished, the location was fantastic. The view from the living room and back patio cannot be beat. We started and ended each day there. Dolphins, fish and lots of birds to watch. Downtown is a short 7 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again.

Exquisite View is an exceptional home in every way! The view is stunning and overlooks the bay and downtown St. Pete. It's a fantastic location with a short walk or drive to all the action in downtown St. Pete with many excellent restaurants nearby. The home is situated in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, which we loved returning to after venturing out to explore St. Pete each day. The sunsets are unbeatable from the living room or the covered porch of the home! The home itself is also great with a 60's mid-century vibe. Felix, the host, was an absolute pleasure with excellent communication and tips on the St. Pete area. Five stars for sure!

We stayed for ten days while in St Petersburg for my daughter’s jaw surgery. This property was perfect for our needs. She had a quiet, clean, calm place to recover and lots of ability to walk which was part of her recovery rules. Host was wonderful and communicated clearly. Even worked with us so my daughter could bring her little therapy pet with her. The area also felt exceptionally safe and we were very happy with our choice of where to stay.

Very zen

The view from the back porch was so lovely. We saw lots of nature. Turtles, dolphin and a manatee. Lots of birds too. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to come and go.

Amazing house

It was a wonderful stay ! The house is amazing, the localization is something else. Very easy access to the best restaurants in the area. Unbeatable view of downtown.Felix was very welcoming, responsive and accommodating.Definitely a house I would go back!

Springtime Vacation in St Petersburg Fl

We decided to vacation in St Petersburg FL - close to Clearwater FL (Phillies Baseball), Tampa Bay (Waterfront District) and St Petersburg ( Dining, St Pete’s Pier) and we wanted access to all these towns but in a cozy, warm and welcoming home! We hit the jackpot at this property- plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and relaxing rooms! The real charm is the patio outside- you’re literally on the water with dolphins swimming by you, beautiful views of the sunset and St Petersburg skyline! I highly recommend this property!!!

My husband and I rented this house in order to have the entire family stay in one place to celebrate my father’s 95th birthday!This house was perfect!It is quite spacious. It has 4 bedrooms…all with king size beds! I was also looking for a house with adequate bathrooms. This one has 4 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms.The outdoor lanai is heavenly. The view is spectacular! We spent a lot of time on the lanai given the weather was just lovely.Felix was a great host! He is responsive and personable. I had a question during our stay and he responded to my text instantly.The house is located in a beautiful residential part of St Petersburg but also very close to the downtown area.We had a fabulous week … thank you Felix!!!Jan

Exquisite view

The name of the listing is spot on. Just gorgeous! Location is perfect! Ten minute ride downtown or if you’re up for it? You can walk. My wife and I walked to and from for a nice five mile walk. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need for cooking. The only critique I would have is that It is old and outdated, that’s it! I would stay there again but it’s up for sale and I don’t think it will be available to rent once it’s sold. Great vacation !

Ken I am glad you all enjoyed your time on the water in sunny St. Petersburg. We are in no rush to sell. We recently raised price by well over $500,000. We have more guests arriving tomorrow and often have family stay. We have contemplated renovating the bathrooms to go along with the kitchen which we renovated. Happy to have you all stay with us again.
