Overall our stay was a good experience. The unit had not been cleaned upon arrival, but the host was immediately responsive to our concerns. We were credited back our cleaning fee, and the rest of our stay was pleasant. The unit is perfect for 2-3 adults. It was tight with 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but manageable since we were out and about and only in the unit to sleep. The in-unit washer and dryer, as well as detergent provided, were put to use immediately and were well-appreciated. If the unit (and towels and bedding) had already been cleaned upon arrival, this would have been a 5 star review. If the host/management company hadn’t had excellent communication and credited back our cleaning fees, this would have been a 1 star review ;). Based on the reviews of this property prior to our booking, I do believe this was a one-time fluke, so I don’t know how heavily this review should sway anyone’s decision. If anything, you should feel ensured that if you have a problem or issue, the host has incredibly prompt and fair communication.

The unit was very clean and conveniently located to amenities. We enjoyed the layout for our family and would definitely stay here again. The owners were quick to respond to anything g we needed.

Great place, great location

Great two bedroom with all the amenities we needed in a great location in downtown Vancouver. Lots of walkable options for everything you could need nearby.

Great stay in the city

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance from everything you need. Beautifully decorated and super comfortable to work from.

Weekend in Vancouver

Great place for a weekend getaway to Vancouver! Walking distance to everything, but the underground parking was very welcome. Will stay again!

Great spot in an awesome location!

We loved our stay. This place was clean and comfortable for our family as we visited Vancouver. Location is great - you can walk to multiple neighborhoods downtown and it’s 1 block away from the Aquabus. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our family. The location is amazing, being right downtown and close to the sea wall. The apartment accommodated our family of 5 nicely. It was very helpful to have air conditioning! The hosts were extremely good with communication so everything went smoothly!

The parking was super convenient and the apartment was so clean! The plumber left a little bit of a mess in the bathroom, but nothing terrible. Thank you for an amazing place!!

Great Location

This location was perfect! Once we parked our car, we didn’t use it again until check out. Everything is within walking distance or a quick bus or Uber ride away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was great for a visit with friends from Australia. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Check in process is different but very doable. Parking space was a plus.
