This is a 4 bedroom, mid-century modern house in Benson. It is located about a half mile from downtown Benson area. The house is centrally located; a couple of minutes drive to downtown Omaha for concerts and sporting events, as well as being close to UNO and Midtown Crossing areas. The house also offers two separate living rooms, 2.5 baths, and a large backyard that is great for entertaining or just relaxing.

Wonderful stay/family friendly

Absolutely incredible stay. The family-friendly nature of this house really put it over the top, from the toddler toilet cover, sippy cups, and socket covers. Would definitely recommend!

We had a few friends stay for a night away and loved the layout of the home. It is decorated just right and was perfect for game night amongst friends.

Omaha Family Wedding

Place was centrally located. Just blocks away from Benson's main street. Beautiful home with lots of space to spread out. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location, loved the Mid-century Vibe

Would recommend to others. Comfortably fit our family members (6) for event in Omaha. Easy access to the city and enjoyed the small neighborhoods of Benson and Dundee which were minutes from the house. Home was as described in the listing. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond to messages,

Beautiful home with so much character!

We visited Omaha for my sons basketball tournament and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. We brought the whole family and our dogs and absolutely loved this home. The house has so much character and is the perfect combination of old-school charm with new-school amenities. We enjoyed the backyard, watched movies, cooked, played board games and actually relaxed at the home way more than we planned. It really felt like a home away from home. Plus, the air conditioning was incredible. It was 95 degrees while we visited and every room in the house was so comfortable. We all slept awesome. Location is about 15 minutes from everywhere. We had games all over Omaha and we never had too far to go. Thanks to Brett for sharing. We will be back next year for sure!

Great large house!

This house was fantastic for our stay. I was traveling with teenagers for a sporting event. It was spacious which allowed us to spread out. House has great charm and yet nicely updated. Beds were so comfy! The location was perfect for us getting to Baxter Arena. Owner was quick to respond when we had some changes with our travel times and very accommodating. Overall great stay! Unrelated to our fantastic house…. We did learn Omaha is not a going out to eat friendly city. We spent most of our time not being able to get into restaurants. Just FYI make a plan with reservations.

Cute house

This was a cute house that was great for a large group. We originally were going to have 8, and ended up with 6 people. There are 2.5 baths so more than 6 would have made it pretty challenging to get ready in the morning. It is in an interesting part of town right between a really nice area and a not so nice area. It was nice that there was a security system that we could use/set at our discretion. The house had coffee and a coffee pot, glassware, etc. that allowed everyone to have their morning wake up. The backyard was nice with some nice couch/chairs. The only thing that I would say was missing was facial tissue. Overall a great place to stay for a large group.

Loved our stay!

Our son had a baseball tournament in Omaha and we were looking for a place that was centrally located to the baseball fields, but also comfortable to accommodate two families. This was just the place! Traveling from Arizona, we weren’t really sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the home. The house is so charming and had everything we needed! Brett was very responsive and ensured we were set up. I even reached out before we traveled to ask if he had coolers and chairs we could borrow for the ballfield. He dropped those off for us and they worked perfectly. We had plenty of towels, the beds were super comfortable, air conditioning was just what we needed on a hot and humid day, and they even left us laundry soap in the laundry room. Everyone had a great time, slept well, and felt right at home! Highly recommend!

Feels Like Home

From the moment we opened the charming curved door, we fell in love with the character of this older home. Thick woodwork, big fireplace, dancing sunlight in the dinning room while we ate eggs and sausage - it was the perfect size for our family of 5. It's rare that we can each have our own space when traveling, but this home gave us each a roomy bedroom and space to spread out. The living room has a large TV with plenty of channels/apps to please everyone. Big fluffy blankets provided in the room were carried all over the house by the kids while they curled up on the super fluffy bean bag chairs. The finished basement was a nice escape for a personal phone call in private. The basement has a nice couch, tv and desk area. The kitchen is fully stocked and we took advantage of the large fridge to hold our picnic items. The freezer has an ice maker! Located in a really nice area, it is on the edge of the neighborhood close to a busy road. Monday morning became a little noisy, but not enough to wake the kids. Very close to the Old Market, grocery stores and restaurants. You won't be disappointed!

Better than I expected!

This stay exceeded my expectations. The home is very nice and cozy, I felt right at home. Not to mention the hosts are extremely responsive and friendly! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Ladies Weekend
