Great location in the heart of Old Salem. Steps from the waterfront and Commons Park. The dwelling was clean and well-stocked. Everything was in working order. Our family enjoyed our brief but eventful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in Salem, MA. The location couldn’t have been better—everything in town was within walking distance, and it was so easy to explore all the charming streets, shops, and historic sites. We even took a few day trips to nearby states, which was a breeze thanks to how conveniently Salem is located. Parking was always easy to find, and the local food scene was fantastic—we enjoyed every meal. Between the comfort of the home and the perfect location, it truly made our trip unforgettable.

Perfect for sightseeing in salem

The location was an easy walk to downtown and the property is just as it seems in the photos. A perfect size for a family of four with lots of hang out space.

Great Stay

We had a great stay here. The condo was cool (it was over 100 when we stayed) and clean, within walking distance of downtown Salem. Perfect for exploring the area! Great vibe and atmosphere.

Charming and great location!

Stayed with my 2 adult children and explored Salem and the surrounding area. The home had everything we needed, and had just the right amount of witchy decorations! We’d definitely stay again!

Home away from home

My friend and I spent four wonderful nights here. It is squeaky clean, in a great location , and full of little things you may need but never thought of packing. Super comfortable, beautiful and truly a home away from home!

Delightful Stay at Charley's Salem Condo

Charley's condo in Salem was absolutely charming! The space was cozy yet comfortable, perfect for our getaway. The views were spectacular - exactly as promised. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Charley was a wonderful host, responsive and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this little gem to anyone looking to explore Salem while having a peaceful place to return to each evening.

Winter Weekend Getaway

Very cute apartment and building. The host was easy to communicate with and the apartment was clean and well stocked with essentials. The witch museum and commons are right up the block & across the street is a walking path that our dogs loved.

Great location, adorable apartment

We had a lovely stay in Salem. It was perfect for the pets, plenty of nearby places to walk the dog and a backyard. It was convenient to many of the places we came to Salem to see. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Would stay here again.

Anazing Home in the Heart of Salem

This home was everything I imagined and more. Walkable to all the hot spots of Salem. Clean, comfortable bedding, and a wonderful host with great communication skills. Will be back!

Modern Apartment in Historical House

This modern 2 bedroom unit is in a residential neighborhood in a historical house. A walking trail along the water is right across the street. Shops and restaurants are less than one mile away. The apartment is located on the third floor so you must walk up narrow stairs. The kitchen was well stocked including a Keurig. The beds were very comfortable and although we could hear large trucks on the road in front of the house it did not affect our sleep. The host was very nice and responded to questions very quickly.

Very Quaint and Beautiful

Absolutely enchanting! We recently stayed in Charley’s quaint home in Salem, Massachusetts, and it exceeded every expectation. The location was perfect, putting us within walking distance of historic sites, witch museums, charming shops, and incredible dining options. Every corner of the town felt infused with history and magic, and this home was the ideal base to soak it all in. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, blending New England charm with modern comforts. From the cozy, comfortable beds to the fully stocked kitchen, the hosts thought of every little detail to make our stay perfect. We loved the Halloween-themed decor and tasteful nods to Salem’s spooky heritage, making it feel like we were truly part of the town’s unique vibe. Our host was phenomenal, providing local recommendations and even checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed peaceful mornings on the porch and unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine after a day exploring haunted sites and scenic waterfronts. If you’re planning a trip to Salem, this property is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to come back and experience more of Salem’s magical allure from this wonderful home away from home. Highly recommend!

A perfect place to stay for our elopement

After a previous visit to Salem from Boston, my partner and I decided to return and elope, this time wanting to stay in Salem. Charlie’s place was absolutely perfect - central location, all the decor, the amenities - everything was spot on. It was walking distance to everything you’d need in Salem yet enough space from the high street to explore the local area, including a short walk to Salem willows. Coffee time bake shop just up the road was also great for breakfast. Charlie was really helpful and responsive and there were so many nice touches throughout the apartment. We’d 100% stay again- infact we’d live there in a heartbeat!

At the beginning of 2022, I left my cubicle job to move to Salem and start a new remote sales position. Both turned out to be amazing decisions.

In the summer you can find me on the beach soaking up the sun, camping with friends/family, or biking through the streets of Salem. For the winter, you'll find me either up north snowboarding or somewhere warmer whenever I get the chance.
