It was a very homey and comfortable home. We enjoyed our 2nd stay in the Kawama community. The home was centrally located with great access to the pool and other activities.

The location was great! We enjoyed walking out to the oceanfront and even saw a dolphin in the marina area. Our grandkids loved the pool. Any questions we had were answered promptly and everything was comfortable for our stay.

Great property and amazing host. The kitchen is the best stocked I have seen. There is plenty to do at the property. Very clean and nice towels (both bath and pool). Would happily stay here again. Important note: for being by a lagoon and in Florida we zero problems with mosquitos.

Overall, the stay was amazing, Andy was very responsive, and the property speaks for itself. The Wi-Fi not working was really the only complaint that I would have.

Great property

We were in town for a wedding. This was the perfect place to stay with friends. We used the pool, went for walks and were super close to many great restaurants.

Awesome place to stay

Andy was a great host, very accommodating, responsive and helpfull.The place was as described, beautiful, and clean. We loved the pool and lagoon just outside our door and its so close to everything. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Wonderful Getaway

Enjoyed our quick weekend getaway! Home was very clean, as described and clear communication. We were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of bubbly. Will be booking again for sure!

Excellent place!

This was a perfect spot to stay for our spring break trip to the keys. Loved everything here. The golf cart is a great addition too!. Host was very quick to answer any questions we had. The entire week was perfect!

Excellent property

Clean, lots to do for adults and kids. We used the kayaks, golf cart, lagoon , pools and playground. Close to snorkeling and many restaurants. Well stocked with amenities and very nicely decorated. One of the best hosts I’ve interacted with on VRBO

The townhouse was clean and beautifully furnished. The pool was right out our back door which makes it so nice. And very much enjoyed the screened porch in the back. There were tropical fish and saw a very large lobster in the lagoon which was fun. It was great to have the golf cart to ride down to the ocean beach areas. Friendly and safe complex, nice that it was gated. Close to plenty of restaurants and John pennekamp. Would definitely stay again.

Key Largo living large!

It is a great property though rhe approach looks a little worn, don't be fooled. Very pleasant and comfortable condo, well equipped. The host was extremely responsive and the property is fun and lovely.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Cute condo that has been recently renovated, and just a golf cart drive to the beach and tiki huts. Lots to do so you don’t have to leave the property and about 10 minutes away from food, shopping, and snorkeling. Nice view of the pool. Great host with the easiest check out I have ever had! We will return!

Wonderful spot!

The Kawama community exceeded all expectations for both kids, adults and grandparents. The house was well appointed and communication with the owner was easy. The lagoon was super fun salt water swimming for the kids. Really fun to have snorkeling right outside our door. With the cabana and pool nearby, the location is ideal. We even had manatees in the harbor one day! Highly recommend for your Florida Keys adventure.

Weekend in Key Largo

We attended a family wedding at Key Lighthouse (half mile from this venue) and we were pleasantly surprised by our accommodations. The host was very responses to the two questions we asked and the setting was clean, beautiful and very family friendly. Everyone staying at this setting was friendly. Swimming options great, kayaks - wonderful. Kitchen well equipped. We were the envy of other family members located in different parts of town.
