Are you looking for a peaceful island vacation with hints of luxury? Look no further. Casa Key Largo is the place for you. Located in Kawama Yacht Club, a secure gated community, our spacious two-bedroom, two-bath town home has been renovated from top to bottom with attention to detail and a contemporary flair. The fully stocked kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large island table. In the living room you can kick back on our comfy leather sofa in front of the new 65’’ Smart TV and use our free Wi-Fi. You will relax in our tiled walk-in shower with a glass wall and sleep luxuriously in our king-size bed with fluffy linens in the main bedroom. Enjoy the convenience of our full-size washer & dryer. Take in the fresh air on one of our four outdoor porches or patios, one of which has a wet bar and gas grill. This town home is unique and gorgeous in every way!

An inflatable queen-size mattress sleeps two more, if needed, and a portacrib is available for your little one.

Located in the heart of Key Largo, Kawama Yacht Club is a tropical paradise of over 22 landscaped acres and is a self-contained vacation spot. You can snorkel in our three-acre salt water lagoon, swim in one of our two heated pools, or hop on our golf cart and bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunrises or sunsets from our oceanfront private beach or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort boasts a new playground and well-maintained tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina where you will have free use of the boat ramp. Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property are part of John Pennekamp’s dive waters with beautiful coral reefs and fabulous diving spots just offshore. Kawama is close to a variety of unique shops and local eateries that offer the best in fresh seafood and key lime pie. Enjoy the two-hour scenic drive to Key West, taking in the vivid turquoise waters along the way.

Wonderful stay!

Great spot!

The property was as listed with everything we needed and more. The lagoon on the property was a highlight of our trip, the kids absolutely loved it! Our arrival was delayed so we only spent a few days and didn’t utilize everything available to us, would definitely return for a longer stay. Very affordable, clean and beautiful location!

Wonderful Key Largo Stay

This was a great home for our short vacation with everything we needed. Especially appreciated the comfy beds, snorkeling gear, grill, 4 porches (loved the hammock!), and of course, the golf cart was a hit.

Fantastic honeymoon!

Diving trip to Key Largo

Nice property, in the corner of the complex, patio was perfect for drying wet dive gear. Bikes and golf cart available but walking through the lagoon and pools is very nice. Sunsets out on the jetty were beautiful.

Wonderful location! Everything was great.

Everything about this VRBO was fantastic. We were able to get an early check in and a late check out which was so helpful. We will definitely return and would recommend this to anyone. The outdoor kitchen area was amazing and we grilled out almost every night. There were bikes, a golf cart, and, just a short walk to the beach. We went to South Beach in Miami one day and the next day we went to Key West so the location is just perfect.

Fully loaded townhouse

This unit is a home away from home. The kitchen has all gadgets you might need and is wonderfully organized. The beds are comfortable and linens very nice. My A/C is set to 72 so if you run hot you will need to sit under the fan. We had a great time.

Excellent home away!

Us & our 3 young kiddos thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well stocked to cook, which I do a lot of. The location is very convenient to markets, National Parks, fishing etc. the community itself is wonderful with lots to do with children. We played in the lagoon, the pools, playground, walked jetty at low tide for little crustaceans, and cruised around in the golf cart at night watching fish and lobsters in the water. It was hard to leave!

The property was as described in every way. The location of the unit is ideal within the complex. On-site guide was very helpful and provides great information for use of TV’s golf carts, pool, etc. Very responsive communication. One of my best VRBO experiences.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed for a week and the place was wonderful. With two children, the second bedroom was a wonderful alternative to a pull out sofa bed. The location is easy access to the keys as well as to all Miami has to offer. The kitchen was well stocked with no needs for anything. We did have to reboot our cable after a storm and Mark was available to assist us. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a place in Key Largo.

Family get-together in 3 Kawama units

Our extended family of 13 rented 3 Kawama units over Christmas. Several family members stayed in this unit and it worked out very well for them. The golf cart was great for getting around in the Kawama community. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture comfortable. They loved the H1 unit and Mark Hostetler was quick to respond to any questions. They also appreciated his notebook with restaurant suggestions! .

Perfect Getaway

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Plenty of space for all 5 of us to relax. Clean, comfortable, and lots of extras provided. Golf cart was a family favorite. The property was private and offered some great things to do without having to drive anywhere- jetty, beach, pool, lagoon, playground. Excellent communication from owners. Welcome book had all the info you’ll need for your stay. Owners went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!!

Good location and nice space. Couple of things need attention

Casa Key Largo worked well for our family of 5. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and golf cart! Location was great- close to dive boats and good restaurant selection. Kawama Yacht Club is a pretty setting. The unit was well provisioned. The AC needs work- it just could not keep up with the heat of the day and despite what we set it at, the temp rose to 78 (warmer upstairs) and it was not comfortable. Unit advertised sleeping space for 6 with a blow up mattress in the LR. Mattress completely deflated the first night and owner sent a handyman to repair it. Leak was patched but it continued to slowly lose air overnight, requiring 1-2 reinflations before morning. We said we’d live with it for the 2 nights we had left but the mattress needs to be replaced. Unit was basically clean but showers need to be cleaner and there were some sugar ants in the kitchen. We would come back and recommend to others if these details were taken care of.

Our family is from Minnesota, and we love to travel. All four of us speak Spanish fluently. Our vacations through the years have included many trips to Florida. We have made lots of special memories and know you will too at Casa Key Largo.

Years before our boys were born, we lived in Homestead, FL, and would spend any free time we had on the Keys. We fell in love with the turquoise waters and the island feel. We learned to snorkel at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. We are thrilled to have found this property and to have made it our own. We're confident you will fall in love with Key Largo too!

Our town home is an end unit with lots of light. We are tucked in the back corner of the development where it is quiet and where we have gorgeous views of the sky and mangroves. Rather than do a typical Florida beach theme in our renovation, we chose to use a contemporary style that we will enjoy for years to come. We love our four outdoor spaces. Part of our renovations include a new sun deck as well as a wet bar on the covered patio. We think you'll agree that the beauty is in the details.
