Brewery District EL11 Fiserv+Gym+Parking

This apartment is located in the historic Pabst bottling department and features original Cream City brick and exposed columns and beams. Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine.

The space:
HVAC systems are controlled by the building's management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year.

Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we've still made space for a work desk, breakfast table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience.

The bedroom includes a full size bed which is a size smaller than a typical queen size bed but can still comfortably sleep two. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Smart TV with Chromecast, 24-hour fitness center, theater, shared laundry room, food court with 5 local food truck vendors, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, iron, and Keurig

Location:
- In the heart of the historic brewery district
- 3 blocks to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets
- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events)
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

Other things to note:
- The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a low curb but it does not have a traditional tub
- The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app which has a $10 reload minimum. The cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each
- Trash must be placed in dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down trash chute. Minimum charge of $25 per bag/item that isn't properly disposed of

2. No smoking ($150 fee will be assessed)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge per item for unreturned key/access device
* We reserve the right to end stays without refund if House Rules are violated

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
