We had an amazing stay. The owners were very helpful always answered our calls. The house is beautiful! They have everything you need and it’s close to all the fun things in Cocoa Beach!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stated. The house is very nicely equipped. The pool is clean and well maintained. The house rules and check out requirements are common sense and easy to fulfill. The beach, Publix, dining are all in close proximity. Overall a great place to stay. The host was very good to communicate with.

We stayed for 8 days with our 3 kiddos and it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, pool was great and they have all that is needed for the perfect beach experience.

This is a really lovely property; modern, classy, comfy, clean and v convenient. Lots of thoughtful touches in terms of decor and provisions such as bicycles, beach chairs etc. There's one pic shown with this listing that depicts the house/pool as being alongside a canal; it's not, and that was no bother to us whatsoever, but just mentioning it so it can be removed. Overall: a wonderful stay, thank you.

Great Spot

We had a great stay at this place. The outdoor space was so great for the kids and adults. The indoor is very spacious and open. Lots of a amenities and also a great location.

Lovely and close to the beach

We had a nice time. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach some mornings and swimming in the pool everyday

Great Spot for Cocoa Beach!

The property was clean and had everything that we needed for our family . The outdoor/pool area was fantastic! The owners were both readily available for questions that we had. We highly recommend staying here.

Best place I have ever rented

We had the most amazing time renting this beautiful home for a week! They had everything we could possibly need for our stay and it felt so homey! We had such a wonderful time and we will definitely Be back in the future!! Do yourself a favor and book this house you won’t regret it!!

Great place!

This house was one of my favorite VRBOs that I've stayed. It was very clean and had all the little extras that a lot of other places don't have. Our trip was cut short due to hurricane Milton but I would definitely go back!

Great place

The property is exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We stopped here before a cruise because of the close proximity to the port. And could not have been happier with our choice.

Quick getaway

We loved this property! Perfect location, great accommodations, and one of the best vrbo experiences we’ve ever had. This property is exactly as described. Even better than the pictures. We will definitely be back!

Amazing vacation!

We had an amazing vacation, it was so fun! The house was perfect for our family of 6. Kids ages 11, 9, 7, and 3. The pool and patio were our favorite, the kids swam everyday. Cocoa beach area has lots for families, and beaches were great! We will be back!

My Cocoa Beach Property Review

We had a great time at Cocoa Beach and this property is family friendly. The owners were very responsive and everything was as described on the listing, neat and clean. Everything we needed was there including beach supplies. The pool was perfect and the home was walking distance from the beach. The property is close to the pier and other restaurants. It is only 50 minutes from Orlando. We were able to enjoy Disney and the Beach in one trip. I recommend this property to other families.

Just what we needed!!

We loved our stay at Bright and Beachy Pool Home. It was just as the pictures portrayed. The pool was amazing, the hot tub relaxing, and the ping pong and bikes kept us busy. We also had an incredible view of a launch from Cocoa Beach! All-in-all a great time! We hope to be back some time.

Graduation

We decided for our sons graduation we would take him and some of his friends on vacation. We spent hours looking for a place and are so happy we chose this one! Everything about our stay was amazing and we look forward to hopefully renting it again someday!!

Beautiful private home!!

This is an amazing property with a beautiful pool/hot tub right out the back door. Plenty of seating outside for grilling out and enjoying time with the family. Loved all the extras for the beach. Enjoyed the bikes and the ping pong table. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated! Just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Christmas at the beach!

Spent Christmas and New Years at this beautiful home and loved every minute. We had four adults and one child and there was more than enough room. Cooked alot of meals had fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances. Main attraction for everyone was the heated pool and hot tub which was very clean. Just a couple blocks from beach and shopping. Would certainly recommend to anyone and hope to be back!

Beautiful Getaway

If your looking for the perfect place to get away from it all, your search is over. What a lovely home away from home. Clean, inviting and everything you would want to escape to.
